The operator was available most of the time and professional
The safari experience was really nice, the guides were welcoming and responsive for our needs, the camp sites had the necessities and the was food okey, except that the lunch boxes during the day were really bad (most of the time they contained sandwitches with one slice of cucumber and one slice of tomato) so make sure you have some backup food wise, othet than that the operator provided me with a private taxi from the airport who basically scamed for 50usd (20usd for the ride to the hotel and 30usd said it includes price of the highway 10usd and 20usd for taking me to breakfast which I paid for)
Great experience
Fantastically run tour. Anthony was a great guide and driver. He was very informative and helpful. Also he knew all of the best photo spots and was kind to children on the road, often giving them food. Overall a good person and great guide. I would highly recommend him to anyone booking a safari tour.

Great provider for Mt. Kenya trekking
I was on a 5 day trip to Mt Kenya and had a great time. John and the team did a excellent job on our way up to the highest mountain of Kenya.
On time, food was good and people very welcoming.
We even made some little side treks as we were a little faster.
The overall communication could be a little better before the tour starts.

Amazing experience
We had an amazing Kenya safari experience and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The wildlife sightings, landscapes, and overall organization made it a truly memorable journey.
A special mention goes to our guide, Jackson, who was exceptionally well-behaved, professional, and cooperative throughout the safari. He was always punctual, knowledgeable, patient, and eager to ensure that we had the best possible experience. His ability to spot wildlife and share interesting information greatly enhanced our trip.
The only area that could use improvement is the Land Cruiser provided for the safari. While it served its purpose, the vehicle would benefit from some maintenance, particularly the seats and doors. Improving these aspects would make long game drives much more comfortable and further enhance the overall guest experience.
Overall, we had a wonderful safari and would gladly recommend this experience to others. Thank you to Jackson and the entire team for making our Kenya adventure so memorable.
