We took the 3 day Rwanda Gorilla Trek and the 3 day Akagera National Park tour. Our guide was Smith for both. Elvis was a pleasure to deal with, and Smith was attentive to all our needs - he knew all the locals wherever we went, and made sure that our needs and desires were met. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had excellent experiences while visiting Rwanda. Lulu Safaris arranged for first class treatment on both excursions. The gorilla trek was one of the best experiences of our lives!!! We highly recommend LuLu Safaris.

Lulus was an incredible experience!! They made planning easy and were very kind and communicative throughout and before the trip. Their entire staff is wonderful and are genuinely great people. The trip was affordable and accommodated all our preferences and restrictions. We felt very safe and cared for the entire time. They even picked us up in Rwanda and brought us to Uganda and back. They made the whole trip process easy and fun!!

11/10 experience -- I would recommend them to everyone going to Uganda!

Our team was great!! These were the names I remember but everyone we interacted with was awesome, informed, and so so kind. The guides and staff were great -- even with uneven roads and sometimes unpredictable weather and changing travel plans, they made our trip feel smooth and fun!! We loved the whole Lulus team!! I also especially loved the performers they had at the destinations to welcome us -- they were so talented and sweet.

The following staff members were so awesome and there were several more I didn't get the names of. But everyone we interacted with was awesome: Samuel Kasansula, Kimbugwe Charles (King Charles), Ahimbisibwe Stuart, Simon Peter Muwanguzi, Frank Galavuzi, Kato Gratiano, Elvis Masiga, and Osman!

I’ve just finished a 4 day, 3 night Gorilla trek tour with my wife. It inc’uded Golden monkeys in Volcanos National Park, Gorillas in Bwindi and relaxation at Lake Bunyioni. Our driver/guide was Smith and we could be any more happier with him or the experience we had. Smith was always ready ahead of time, communication was always super clear and smooth. He shared a lot of information about what we would be doing, what to expect, etc…He was always smiling, happy and very easy going. He make the 4 days very care free for us and it’s something that you don’t always get on a tour like this! I would highly recommend asking for him of you choose Lulu safaris. The places we stayed were also all unique and exceeded our expectations. Food was good, service was excellent and the views magnificent. All and all, we feel Lulu safaris did a great job and we recommend using them. You’ll be happy you did!
