Domi was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable about the parks, animals, and safety.

Our experience was amazing. We were able to see the Big 5 including 2 black rhinos in the Ngorongoro Crater. Our guide Domi was great at finding animals for us and telling us fun facts about the environment and wildlife. Our guide made sure to clean the safari vehicle daily and it was well maintained (Land Cruiser with TRD package, top comes up so you can stand while viewing the animals). The lodges and camps were amazing. Our favorite was Serengeti Classic Camp. The camp was gorgeous and the staff was so friendly. They had hot showers, clean bedding and mosquito nets, and the facility is new. Staff at Serengeti’s Classic Camp did a traditional birthday song/dance for my birthday as well. We were treated so kindly and professionally by all staff - between booking while planning our custom safari package, our guide, and all the staff at the camps/lodges.

They have arranged verything per our budget, with good locatuon, Jonyo was the travel agent and had a great job
Hussien was our driver and brought us to all good places and spoted all the animals we wanted to see :)

Serengeti Smile made our trip super easy and all of our food and lodging were great after long days of being on Safari. Our guide Dale was what really made our trip special. He was fantastic at navigating through the parks and knowing where to find the wildlife my wife and I were interested in seeing. Not only was he skilled at his job, he was also very personable and friendly. Thank you Dale and Serengeti Smiles for a great trip!

Thank you, Serengeti Smile, for the special experience in Tanzania. It was our first time in Africa, we spent 5 days on safari and 5 nights in Zanzibar. We enjoyed everything, safari was amazing, we saw all big 5 and also a crossing on the Mara river. It's an authentic to go to Safari tour company. Very organised and accomodative to all needs. Given an opportunity I'd glad do a repeat Tour with them.

My Consultant and eventually friend, was Jeremiah who was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient with my meticulous needs and also encouraged me though out the year as we were planning, when I wanted to give up on the safari trip.

Im grateful that he tailor made the trip to my budget and kept checking on us throughout the 7 day safari.

We had Mr Safe, as out tour guide / driver who was great as well.

I would highly recommend Smile Serengeti to any tourist.
