A tailored safari trip that exceeds all expectations

We had a wonderful three-day tailored trip arranged by Devid. He was clear and helpful in exploring the options with us.
Our tour guide Festo was outstanding! Energetic, kind, and truly the best. He did everything possible to ensure we saw the Big Five in a short time. We started from Kilimanjaro Airport and visited Arusha National Park, Tarangire National Park, and the Ngorongoro Crater.
We highly recommend this trip and strongly suggest requesting Festo as your guide.

Festo was the most wonderful tour operator. He showed us every animal and drove very safely!

We have booked a tour with Full Package Adventures. The trip was fully personalized and we enjoyed every bit of it. All the lodges were great and the food was good! Also the safari tour guide Festo was amazing. He showed us every possible animal and also told us a lot about Tanzania and the culture. Very patients and made us feel safe the whole trip and drove very responsible. Greatly recommended tour guide!

Great safari experience

We had a great safari trip and saw all the animals we wanted to see.
The picked accommodations were very nice, we enjoyed the stays there and also the car was big and well equipped.
Our driver was handy with mechanics since we had a flat tire twice but it didn’t stop us long!
Also the communication and help beforehand with the office was very good. The only disappointing thing we could mention is an unknown change of the itinerary which made us end up with less time in our desired places and less time for relaxation.

mediocre experience

Overall, a very mediocre experience with a few main issues:
1. The company tries to find the cheapest tickets, which resulted in schedule changes that reduced the safari time in both directions, as well as long layovers. Also, the organizers didn't buy the tickets immediately after receiving the prepayment, but waited another 3 weeks (presumably hoping to find cheaper tickets), which in my opinion is an unfair practice.
2. An extremely lazy driver who suggested heading to the camp as early as 4:00 PM. After I refused, he drove around the safari for another half hour and then, without a word or asking, took us to the camp and dropped us off at 5:00 PM—1.5 hours before sunset. Most other drivers came back around 6:00–6:30 PM. Also, before our flight, he dropped us off an hour earlier than scheduled, claiming he was only paid up to that time.

Minor drawbacks: Various smaller issues, such as a 5% extra fee when paying via a payment link instead of a bank transfer, unexpected USD notes demands on the penultimate day, and at the airport, for some reason, they met us with website nickname instead of our actual names (even though they had passport details).

On the plus side: A good camp.

From the beginning, the communication from tour organizer benson was excellent, responding to all kind of queries at any point of time.
The accomodation provided were good and comfortable. Festo our driver and guide was best in everything. He is responsible and commited to the job. We managed to witness best parts of safari because of his promptness and planning.
Strongly recommend.
