I cannot say enough good things about Traipsing Africa and Agent Sandra. We are a family of 5 adults and this was our first visit to South Africa. We value independence, adventure, cultural immersion, and authenticity in our touring and Traipsing supported these values and provided essential advice on safety and cultural appropriateness. Sandra is genuine, listens well, and provided the information we needed to make good decisions with no pressure. Her recommendations were excellent, on point, and of high value. Even on those parts of our trip where we had already booked, Sandra provided essential advice and support, including mapping safe routes. Sandra promised to be on call regardless of whether it was something she booked or we did independently and she held this commitment consistently. She answered out questions promptly and on several occasions, remapped out independent driving routes to provide maximum safety when we veered off our planned course and missed our Kruger Gate and ended up far from our home-base. We give our highest recommendation to Sandra and Traipsing Africa. Our visit to South Africa met all of our highest expectations, and so much more. Sandra was one of the most essential assets we had and are most grateful for her kindness and caring.

We chatted online and wassapp with Sandra and had all options looked at for what we wanted out of the tour. Sandra’s experience of SA tours and being transparent in dealing with our changes made our decisions easier. She brought value into our itinerary by maximising the possibilities of options in the tight schedule that we had. Access to communications at all times and with a smile at the other end of the world !

My enquiries was handled by Sandra. She is efficient, courteous and helpful. Frankly, she is perfect!!
My trip to Pilanesberg National Park went on without any issues. We even added on a last minute transfer booking to Cradle of Humankind and it was handled effortlessly by her.
If you are looking for someone to plan your dream holiday, then Traisping Africa safaris and Tours will not disappoint.

My 92 year old mom and I enjoyed a fabulous 3 days at black rhino reserve. The lodge is beautiful and extremely well kept , clean, . The staff are so attentive and gave special care and help to my mom at all times. The food was excellent. All in all I highly recommend the whole experience.
Only 1 criticism ...black rhino lodge is not wheelchair friendly which made it a bit challenging for my mom who uses a walker to get around.
