Professional and Friendly Service – An Unforgettable Experience
5/5

I had an amazing experience with this company. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and enjoying every moment of the trip. They paid attention to every detail, and I never felt like I was missing anything.

I truly appreciated their hospitality, knowledge, and passion for what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to travel with them again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Uganda.

Incredible safari experience in Ouganda and Rwanda
5/5

We went on a 2 weeks safari tour and had a great time. Everything was perfect and fluid. Accommodation was of a very good standard. The guides were very professional and obviously did their best for us.
They are so good at spotting animals, that we managed to see extraordinary scenes. They also have good humour and energy.
Explanations on the countries, animal life were excellent.

It was just fabulous.

Bernie The Heart of Uganda
5/5

As a group of 4, we had the absolute best time with Bernard from True Vine Safaris. Everything was planned perfectly from beginning to end, and even after the tour finished, Bernard was still checking in to make sure we were all okay and didn’t need anything.

What made the experience even more special was being welcomed into his home, meeting his family, and truly feeling at home in Uganda. Bernard made the whole trip feel easy, personal, and unforgettable.

I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience the beauty of Uganda in the most stress-free and genuine way possible. Thank you Bernard for such an incredible experience - memories we’ll keep forever.

We had an amazing time with Bernard!

As a group of 4 we had an amazing time on a four day tour from Kigali - Entebbe.

All was well organised from the beginning and we had been in communication long before the tour commenced. Bernard was knowledgable, kind and he made the tour easy for us. We had the best time! We would recommend this tour and Bernard to everyone.

Efficient, informative and most helpful. Wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.

From my first enquiry regarding a tour to see the Golden Monkeys in Rwanda and Gorilla trekking in Uganda, the tour guide, Bernard, was always very helpful and provided plenty of information. I received a phone call from him to discuss the quotation provided & he personally answered any questions I had about the tour. Being an older client, he learned about my fitness level & was able to reassure me that I would be capable of going on this tour. Bernard met us at Kigali Airport & stayed with us until the end of the tour when he took us to our accommodation back in Kigali. We felt safe at all times. On the day of the gorilla trekking, Bernard called ahead & ensured we were on the correct level of trekking. We wanted a full experience of the jungle & the environment where the gorillas live, as well as seeing the gorillas. It was a truly memorable tour and I can fully recommend TrueVine Safaris. was a truly memorable tour and I can fully recommend TrueVine Safaris.
