We had an unforgettable Gorilla Trekking safari with Hermosa Life Tours and Travel in February 2026. From the moment our trip started, everything was well organized, smooth, and stress free. The team was friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire experience.
Seeing the gorillas up close was truly once in a lifetime, and our guide made the journey even more enjoyable by sharing knowledge, keeping us motivated during the trek, and making sure we had a great time as friends. The accommodations, transportation, and overall service exceeded our expectations.

The craziest hike of my life so far and 0 regrets!

I booked my Mount Bisoke hike with Hermosa Tours after a bit of research, and honestly I’m very happy I found them.

Hermosa offered a much more reasonable price while still organizing everything professionally (permit, transport, guide, timing).

Communication was easy, they were responsive on WhatsApp, and everything went smoothly on the day of the hike. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and realistic about the difficulty of the climb (which I appreciated because the weather can make a big difference).

The hike itself was quite challenging due to rain and mud, but the team made sure everyone was safe and supported throughout. This is definitely not an “easy walk”, but with good preparation and the right guide it’s an incredible experience.

I would definitely recommend Hermosa Tours.

Overall: very good experience, professional organization, and good value for money.

Hermosa Tours has excellent customer service that we had to put to the test when our trip was delayed 4 days as we were stuck in Dubai when they closed the airspace down. They rearranged everything for us when we finally managed to get a flight out, and got us back on track. Godwin is such an excellent tour guide, so very patient and informative! Thank you!
