Getting in touch with the staff of Shian Tours was from the beginning professional, helpful and they immediately caught our preferences.
Jacqueline , who did the main communication and preparation upfront until we met in person, was just treasure to us. She immediately reacted to our requests and questions, no matter via email, WhatsApp or phone calls. And this from the beginning, during the whole trip and even after in helping with items which even didn’t belong to the trip itself.
The whole trip was an experience of a lifetime! And with Shian Tours, Jacqueline and of cause the best driver ever Kelvin, who accompanied us very day of our Safari, we cannot be more thankful!
Always again, and worth every penny!!

We made contact with Shian Tours & Travel at the last minute (Sunday) to organize a two-days safari at Tsavo West, to begin the next day from Mombasa.
Jacquiline from Shian was able to organize everything before the end of the day and was super clear & responsive.
During our safari, our guide Peter drove us safely from Mombasa to Tsavo West Park (Kilaguni lodge) and back, showed us many animals with his 'magic eyes' (even spotted a leopard on the road ou of the park after Voi, towards Mombasa!), and also shared his knowledge about birds, landscapes, nature & culture of Kenya.
This was a superb experience, thanks to Jacquiline & Peter !

Communication: there was some lack of detailed information prior to the safari.
Service: I appreciated how you tried to follow our special wishes concerning lodges.
I very much appreciated your friendliness in the e-mail communications.
I also appreciated the clarity in the financial matters.
The safari tour itself was exceeding our expectation.
