Our safari experience with Kilimanjaro Umoja Tours was absolutely exceptional, thanks in large part to our outstanding driver and guide, Swaleh. From the very beginning of our 5-day adventure, it was clear that Swaleh was a true professional who was fully committed to giving us the best experience possible.

His knowledge of all five safari parks we visited was remarkable. Swaleh seemed to instinctively know exactly where to be and when, allowing us to witness everything we hoped for lions, elephants, hippos, countless bird species, and even a rare and unforgettable leopard sighting.

Navigating some challenging roads with confidence and skill, he stayed connected with other guides to ensure we never missed an opportunity. His explanations of every animal, bird, and plant we came across were detailed, insightful, and delivered with genuine passion. No question was ever too big or too small he answered each one with patience and expertise.

Professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, Swaleh truly elevated our safari experience. We can confidently say that our trip would not have been the same without him.

Honest was an exceptional guide knowledgeable, kind, and truly passionate about wildlife and nature. He made every moment of the trip enjoyable and insightful, sharing stories and facts that brought the parks to life. Most impressively, thanks to his sharp eyes and deep experience, we were able to see all of the Big Five in the Serengeti and other parks an absolute highlight of our trip!

Kilimanjaro umoja tours took care of us from the moment we stepped off the plane in Kilimanjaro. After a long day of travelling having someone greet you and assist in getting you through immigrations was priceless. Every step of our trip that we needed assistance Kilimanjaro umoja tours had thought it out and had someone there to help. You need a touring company to help navigate Tanzania and Kilimanjaro umoja tours went above our expectations. In particular Swaleh was our guide at the Ngorongoro crater and was a pleasure to work with, made sure we got to see what we wanted for as long as we wanted and answered all our questions about animals, the Tanzania culture and where to get some great local souvenirs.

Kilimanjaro umoja tours handled all of our needs perfectly when we visited Tanzania. I came for a climb and my wife and daughter joined me for a pre-climb safari. The safari vehicle, guide, and lodgings were perfect and a great value. The Kilimanjaro guide team was substantial as well as experienced in health, safety, and guiding to success. The booking and planning process was expertly handled by Roster from the Kilimanjaro umoja tours Office. It is a well-managed organization that provides exceptional value.

Excellent service from Kilimanjaro umoja tours would definitely recommend the company to everyone embracing on the adventrure. We ended up going as a couple instead of a group due to change of circumstances. But we had 12 people going with us!! 2 guides and 10 porters. Everything was taken care of: accommodation, plenty of food and water including fruits, regular health checks twice a day. Separate appreciation to the guides - excellent support and fun - wouldn't make it to the top without them. We reached the summit and managed to get safe back. So, would review Kilimanjaro umoja tours as a totally trustable company with excellent service.
