An unforgettable experience
Was in Tanzania for 5 days to pick up daughter for her Tanzania college volunteering trip…while there wanted to see a bit of Tanzania and the visit would not be complete within a Safari Tour.
Contacted Golden Memories and the owner, Henry was very gracious and courteous in arranging a 2 day safari with Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater with an overnight stay at a lodge. Henry arrived early morning to the Arusha Hotel to pick me up and take me to the meeting point when we connected with his safari driver, Frankie for our 2 day trip…which included a basket lunch and overnight stay at a budget friendly hotel. Looking back, I should have inquired about paying a little more for better accommodations…but overall a wonderful experience. We saw quite a few animals including Elephants, Zebras, Lions, Leopard, flamingos, Black Rhino, Hyenas in the natural surroundings.
All of these animal spotting are possible as the drivers listen to radio communications and Cab radios to communicate with each other if some other drivers spot animals so each driver can share locations to spot the animals in the wild…this saves time and effort to get the quickest and best viewing experience.
Upon completion of the Safari Tour, I inquired Henry about a day tour to Mt. Kilimanjaro which he obliged and picked us up from
our Moshi hotel and drove us to the Mt. Kilimanjaro checkpoint and decided to join us on the day hike to the 1st base camp (Mandara Hut) at 9000 ft elevation. At the end of the day we decided to stop by at a Handicrafts store to check out souvenirs and the famous Tanzanite stones. Would definitely recommend Henry and his team at Golden Memories Safari.

Welcoming and supportive, an excellent host.
Henry was very communicative, super on time, and went above and beyond to make sure we were alright. He showed us the town personally and we had nice meals together, it all felt very reliable and the subcontractors he worked with were fantastic.

Hakuna matata! Best time ever.
We went on a safari with Golden Memories Safaris in October as a group of four, and everything was organized perfectly from start to finish. There was great communication before the trip, flexible adjustment of the itinerary to our expectations, and very good advice regarding parks and accommodation.
On site, everything was very comfortable: a convenient car, perfect punctuality, no feeling of being rushed, and at the same time the time was used to the maximum for watching animals. Our guide was not only very experienced, but also kind, patient and attentive to our needs – from photo preferences to breaks, food and the pace of the trip.
What we appreciated the most was the attention to every detail and the overall atmosphere – we felt well taken care of and at the same time very relaxed. It was a trip that truly left us with “golden memories”. We wholeheartedly recommend Golden Memories Safaris.

Great experience
This was our two-day safari with Golden Memories Safaris. The trip was very well organized. We saw a lot of wildlife and ate breakfast next to elephants. The organizers were wonderful, sharing all the interesting facts and attending to every detail of the trip. It's impossible to describe it all; you have to see it with your own eyes. My Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day safari to Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater. Our driver guide was very knowledgeable and caring. Great hospitality
Great hospitality, excellent guides with a lot of stories to tell. Everything was top ranked, they took really good care of us as their clients, they listened to all our requests and made them into life.
We had a lof of food, drinks etc. They were taking care of our mood during trip.

Best in Safari at Serengeti and Ngorogoro
This has been one of the most intense travel experience in my life. Really Outstanding. Golden Memories already organized Safari for friends of ours, and when we decided to go to Tanzania was our first choice. And they are really professional. We had excellent drivers and we enjoyed a lot all of our tour. Really reccomended. Well spent money with them!
