Ok, but more and ealier informations would be good.
The Safari was good. First day we had to leave the park ealier because of others in the car. The infomations came late and some of the people from the hotel had no informations too. So maybe a timetable would be great. The driver switched also (unfortunatly). For this price, the safari was nice.
Maybe next time start ealier to Go to the Parks in high season.

Near-seamless organisation, the tour ran as arranged and fairly punctual, quite content :)
We booked a 3-days safari to Ngorongoro, Tarangire and Kilimanjaro and our guides were warm, friendly, and informative with everything we asked him. It felt like traveling with a friend. African hub serengheti arranged everything for us and catered to our every need. Their local wisdom and knowledge about the national parks and reserves was extraordinary and helpful, as it felt like a a journey with true native and local experiences. Tom’s good communication skills and English language allowed us to understand the experience to its full extent. Timely arrivals and departures can be expected and assistance with every wish is taken care of.
The Wildlife in the the crater and parks was spectacular and our guide made every attempt to show us the animals of our choice. We are absolutely content. The budget option stays could provide better food, especially protein rich breakfasts as the breakfast we recieved left us quite hungry. Apart from that, everything was quite nice. Thanks to Evaline for all she's done.

Great experience!
Wow, what a wonderful experience! We booked the mid-range safari through African Hub for me and 2 friends and would absolutely do it again! Evaline was so communicative and helpful. She assisted in coordinating pick up and drop off for both before and after our excursion. They were also very accommodating with our flight schedule, we landed at 4am and they were there waiting to pick us up and even made us breakfast once we got back to the office! We had a lot of extra luggage, as we were heading from our Safari to our Kilimanjaro trek, and they stored it all safely in their office during our whole trip. Our safari was in tandem with Mountain Warriors and our guide, Daniel, was amazing!! He was knowledgeable about all of the wildlife and vegetation that we saw. Daniel also went above and beyond to make sure we saw as many things as possible. He became a friend and even recommended places to eat dinner in Arusha after our safari :). In terms of accommodations, the mid-range places we stayed in were luxurious! We had hot showers, delicious food, and even heating pads in our beds on the cold nights. We were very happy with our decision to do mid-range as the budget versions were sleeping in tents and had cafeteria style meals - we wanted to splurge before we hiked for 7 days! Overall great experience! Thank you African Hub Serengeti!

perfect welcome, efficiency and safety
For our safari, we chose Africa Hub Serengeti, one of the options offered on this site. It didn't have many reviews, but when I contacted them via WhatsApp, Evaline responded and immediately won my trust. I was worried about booking a safari in Tanzania without knowing the team, but Evaline answered all my questions very clearly, clearing up any doubts. Everything was very clear; she immediately provided me with maximum assistance, both in choosing domestic flights and safari times, and convinced me to choose their team for our safari. When we arrived at Arusha airport, they were waiting for us with a new, very nice and comfortable 8-seater car, just for the two of us. They drove us to the hotel and waited to see if it was suitable. Unfortunately, the hotel wasn't suitable, and we had to change. Evaline found us an excellent hotel and, together with the driver, drove us at the hotel. The next day we set off on a three-day, two-night safari with our driver Agostino, also exceptional. He's been working as a driver and guide for 27 years, and he showed us so many animals in the savannah. Everything was perfect, even lunch and dinner, which were always well-cooked and delicious. We had a wonderful safari and were always super satisfied and safely. The return flight to Zanzibar was scheduled for the afternoon of the day after the safari, and the team accompanied us to the airport. We asked if it was possible to visit Arusha, and they arranged for us a car with a driver and guide, Kevin, for a small fee. Kevin was also exceptional, very polite, and accompanied us to the best spots in Arusha, also showing us daily life in the city. He was also super.
I want to thank all the staff at Africa Hub Serengeti for the wonderful experience they gave us. Just one piece of advice: if you'd like accommodations other than those offered, please discuss it with them. I highly recommend them.

Great communication, excellent organisation and friendly staff
I shopped around for a comprehensive safari package at a good price and African Hub were front runners from the start. Their communication was excellent and they were very flexible to our requests. Advice was given in the run up to our Safari to ensure we were going to get the most out of it. On the first day of our 5 day camping Safari we were collected from our Airbnb by our guide, Daniel, who turned out to be an excellent companion for the five days - very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We also met our chef, Lina, who followed us on our Safari. She consistently cooked us taste, nutritious meals despite us being a very awkward party consisting on two meat eaters, a pescatarian and a vegan!
The safaris themselves were everything we’d hoped for and having signed up for a camping safari we were very surprised and grateful for two of the nights to be spent in a luxurious en-suite rooms.
All in all we couldn’t fault our trip and would definitely use African Hub again.

Fabulous if you want to see wildlife ( big five) limited time
The scenery in the Ngororo Crater from the mist above, the plateau with waterways at bottom to the animals. We saw pink flamingos, hippos, lions, elephant.. buffalo. wildebeest. huge stocks with red beaks, mongooses It was a great lunch . Make sure you take warm clothes as the crater is cooler especially if you are doing it in winter.

The ultimate safari experience
We came on a safari for our 10th wedding anniversary. It was our first time in Africa so we were worried, but Mountain Warrior was the best team!
They are very professional and completed the tour we dreamed of. We were able to see all the animals including Big 5 and Cat 3 during the safari! After the tour, they even prepared a surprise party to celebrate our anniversary. I was so touched.
The best choice!
Special thanks to our guide Mali.

Value for money
We had an incredible Safari trip to Tanzania in mid-June 2025, and I can wholeheartedly say it was an unforgettable experience! A huge thank you to our amazing driver, Eddie—he wasn’t just behind the wheel, he was a true guide. Extremely knowledgeable and passionate, Eddie told us so much about the animals, their behaviors, and the ecosystem. He made every moment on the road exciting and educational. His experience and energy really made the trip extra special.
Another big thank you goes to Mariam, the chef, who prepared all our meals with love and care. The food was absolutely delicious—homemade, fresh, and full of flavor. We genuinely enjoyed everything we had for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Thank you so much, Mariam!
We also decided to add a hot air balloon safari to our experience, and it was absolutely amazing. The views from above during sunrise were breathtaking—an entirely different perspective of the savannah and the wildlife. After landing, we were treated to a lovely English breakfast and champagne in the bush, which made the experience even more memorable. It’s definitely something I would recommend including if you have the chance.
For future travelers, especially those planning to stay in camping accommodations: please be aware that campsites generally do not provide light, hot water, towels, or pillows, so it’s a good idea to bring your own. However, if you choose the lodge option, which is more expensive, all these amenities are provided, and the stay is much more comfortable.
The safari itself was truly breathtaking. We were amazed by the number of animals we saw and how close we could get to them in their natural habitat. The landscapes were stunning, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. A useful tip for other tourists: bring a face mask or scarf. The game drives can be quite dusty, and covering your face helps a lot.
All in all, I highly recommend Safari Hub for your Safari adventure in Tanzania. The team, the service, and the overall experience were outstanding. We’re so grateful for this journey—it was one of the most amazing trips we’ve ever had!

Fantastic
We had a great experience using African Hub Serengeti, and totally recommend!
Considering we booked last minute, Mary visited our hotel the night before to confirm our booking and take payment. We set off at 6am the morning after. The safari was very well planned and an itinerary was provided so we knew what to expect everyday day and night.
Everything was provided, such as tent, sleeping bags, food and so forth.
Our driver, Godson was very good and well informed, and took every opportunity to show us how beautiful Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater.
The food was good but it can do with more variety. There needs to be more soft drinks, considering there was mainly beer which most people didn’t drink. Tips felt mandatory, considering we were asked by the chef for one at the end of our trip.
Overall great experience and recommend!
