Excellent organisation and care.
The value for money is very good. Thiam is a very proactive tour guide, and very knowledgeable of the country (Namibia) and all its amenities. We did the tour in Spanish, a language that Thiam is very fluent with, being able to explain everything very clearly and even abale to crack jokes. We really liked having Thiam as a tour guide: no problems, all very clear and a very proactive and fun man.

From the moment we connected with Thiam Travel we felt comfortable that we were communicating with an excellent travel coordinator all of the plans as quoted were accurate and interesting . We took day tours with Thiam and Adji they made our family feel very welcome from the first greeting at the airport on arrival . My wife, 9 years old granddaughter and I have just returned from a visit to Victoria Falls and Johannesburg. This last part of our trip was arranged by Thiam Sadibou, from Thiam Travels. We couldn’t have chosen better! Thiam is not only an excellent tour operator but a great human being. He made sure we had the most pleasant experiences visiting Victoria Falls and Johannesburg. We had a great time, both our guides were great! However, we felt there was a lack of communication once we arrived at the lodge. There was a bit of lack in detail about the itinerary leaving us confused about certain details or payments left to us. Alongside, not being sure who our guides were because they kept switching depending on the activities for the day. Other than that, we enjoyed our time.
