Great Safari from Zanzibar
We went on a 3-day, 2-night safari from Zanzibar – and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Communication with the organizer was excellent from the very beginning. He reached out in advance to make sure we had all the information we needed, and during the trip, he checked in with us daily, which made us feel very safe and well taken care of.
Our adventure started early with a morning flight from Zanzibar to Arusha. After a short wait, we met our driver Jeff and joined four other travelers for our first safari day in Tarangire National Park. We had a fantastic and exciting day with lots of animal sightings, and drinks and lunch were included, which made it a comfortable experience.
In the evening, we arrived at our accommodation. The first room we were given didn’t meet our expectations, but after reaching out to the organizer, we were quickly offered a different one. It was still quite basic, but in line with the budget-friendly nature of the lodge. We really appreciated how fast and professionally our concerns were addressed.
The next morning, we headed to the Ngorongoro Crater – the absolute highlight of our trip! The landscape and wildlife there were breathtaking, and we would highly recommend visiting this stunning place. After another long but incredible day, we returned to our accommodation.
On the third day, we visited Lake Manyara National Park. This time it was just the two of us with Jeff, which made it a very personal and relaxed experience. While we didn’t see as many animals in this park, the scenery was beautiful and peaceful – and of course, spotting wildlife is never guaranteed, as it’s all part of nature. Jeff was kind enough to stop at a few shops and places we wanted to visit on the way back, which we really appreciated.
Jeff was a fantastic driver and guide – very friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to share interesting facts about the parks, animals, and plants. At the end of the tour, we met with the organizer again in Arusha, and they arranged a smooth transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for our flight back to Zanzibar.
All in all, we would definitely recommend this safari tour – especially because of the excellent organization and our amazing guide. A different accommodation would have made the trip even better, and perhaps a bit more time in the park on the last day, but overall, it was a memorable and rewarding adventure!

Amazing tour and experience
I had an amazing time on the four day safari with fondness vacations, Steven was amazing he was checking on me all throughout ensuring I had a great experience they were also very accommodating as I am vegan and ensured I had delicious food throughout the trip. our guide simba was great we were able to see almost all animals and he had a great eye so we were first at the location most of the time. I highly recommend booking with them.

Just got back from an unforgettable 3-day safari organized by Fondness Vacations, and I can’t recommend them enough. Everything ran so smoothly from start to finish. We flew from Zanzibar to Arusha, where we were picked up and taken to a comfortable hotel for the night before the safari started.
The safari itself was incredible. Our guide, Kisamo, was amazing — super knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about wildlife. He made the experience fun, relaxed, and full of great information. We saw lions, elephants, zebras, buffalo, and even a rhino.
I stayed in a beautiful lodge during the safari with lush gardens and a peaceful view of the surrounding hills. There was even a pool, which was perfect for unwinding after a day out in the parks.
A big thank you to Stephen, who was our main contact at Fondness Vacations — he handled all the details, from flights and transfers to accommodation. Communication was clear, and he made the whole booking process easy and stress-free.
If you’re planning a safari from Zanzibar or anywhere in Tanzania, Fondness Vacations is an excellent choice.

3 day Safari from zanzibar
We went on a 3 day, 2 night safari from Zanzibar. First of all the communication with the Organisator was very very good! He wrote us in advance to make sure we are aware of everything for our trip and also on a daily basis to check on us! We felt very safe all the time due to their organisation of our trip. We had a pretty early flight from Zanzibar to Arusha and after a short wait we met with our driver Jeff and drove to tarangire Nationalpark with four other people. We had a great long day of safari there with drinks and lunch included. Then we returned to our accommodation where we first got a room in which we absolutely did not want to sleep in.., we complained to the organisation and got a new room still not very hygienic but that seemed more like a budget lodge as we booked. The next day we started early to go ngorongoro crater and had the best day there, we would definitely recommend going there! After another day of safari we went on the way back to the accommodation which took a while but that was ok. At the next day it was only us two going to lake manyara, very short ride there but this national park didn’t really convinced us because the animals we were looking forward to see weren’t showing but that has nothing to do with the organisation just nature! Then we made some stops at different shops and Jeff drove us to places we asked him to, which was very nice of him. In general the driver was very very friendly, he explained about each Nationalpark, animals and plants you could see there. After a day of safari and shopping we returned to Arusha met with the organisation and they drove us to Kilimanjaro airport for our flight back to Zanzibar. I would definitely recommend doing this tour, but with another accommodation and maybe staying a little bit longer in the Nationalpark on the last day, but that’s probably because we were unlucky with seeing rare animals…

Incredible Safari experience
The safari to Tarangire exceeded our expectations. We were picked up on time and the vehicle was comfortable and clean. Our guide was enthusiastic and had a deep knowledge. We saw an abundance of wildlife, including elephants , giraffes, and zebras.

5 Day Safari
I had an amazing time on my 5 day safari through Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorogoro. Everything was perfect from start to finish and truly I have nothing bad to say about the entire experience. From the tour guide, to the food, to the transport to the accommodation, everything was great! We managed to see everything on my ticklish including the big 5 which of course was a once in a lifetime experience which I am so grateful for! If you’re looking to book a safari I would truly recommend fondness vacations and the 5 day tour!

Excellent Tour Operator for Safari
Stephen and his Team makes Dreams come true. I saw all Big 5 and a lot of other amazing animals. We had a memorable Safari 4 Day/ 3 Nights Serengeti/Ngorogoro Crater. Food and Accommodation are very good. All Transports were excellent. Our Safari Guide Godson is amazing, his Knowledge, his Driving, his Feeling for Wildlife and Animals.
The Jeep is very good, you have a charger inside, all Drinks Water, Cola, Beer, Wine is included. At the end I got a Cup and Thermocup with my Name, so nice. I can completely recommend this Tour Guide 🙏
Outstanding Adventure, knowledgeable and friendly Agency
Steve was great to deal with when arranging our Safari, he was extremely great, and communication was amazing. He answered our messages on spot, and nothing was too much trouble. Experience was magical
Fondness Vacations were very responsive and professional when we were looking for a safari adventure. The whole communication went fast and smooth, and I was calm about transfers and accommodation. Our only job was to enjoy the wildlife and rich experience in the Mikumi park.
