If I could give a 6 star rating, I would not hesitate!
Our Safari experience in Kenya was unforgettable, thanks to our exceptional guide and driver, James. He is professional, focused, patient, and incredibly empathetic. His sharp instincts and deep understanding of wildlife often led us to animals faster than others, and he always positioned us in the best viewing spots. His superb driving skills made every journey feel smooth and safe. When another vehicle broke down, James was the first to offer help—his kindness truly touched us. The rest of the Super Eagle team were just as outstanding. Chanson, in particular, worked tirelessly with incredible efficiency and care to make sure our itinerary was perfectly arranged. Their dedication made our entire trip seamless and joyful. Super Eagles is not just a tour company—they are passionate, trustworthy professionals who go above and beyond. nicely plant - we felt good taken care of all the time.
We traveled for one week to Nairobi, Kenya to do a safari in masai mara. We got a schedule in advance, which activities wed do when, where wed sleep, etc. Schedule could be moved around very flexible, since we had to catch an early flight and super eagles made sure, wed still see everything. There were also some typical "touri-atractions" involved, but we learned, that the city is not the safest place for foreigners so the touri-atractions were in hindsight a good way, to spend the day.
We went during protesting times to nairobi, which were a bit dangerous, but the travel agency as well as the safaridriver made sure, that we're safe (booking of another hotel and leaving the place early in the morning, so we'd be out of the critical zone).
In the city we were picked up and nicely taken care of by Jacobo, who is a very friendly and kind person. He also gave us some insights and information about the country and the city while driving.
We spent 4 days on safari and went there with Benson, who is himself also a very friendly and kind person. If you're planing on going on a safari with supereagles, ask for him. Hes not only a safe and relaxed driver, he knows his way around the city, the savannah, everything. Thanks to Benson we managed to saw the "big 5" and 4 out of the "ugly 5" in less than 48h - he is one of a kind in spotting a sleeping lion in 200m below a bush while driving a car. He was very ambitious to create a special time for us which he managed nicely. He'd alsways find the best spots for taking nice pictures of the animals, so even with just phonecameras we took very nice pictures.
We spent 2 nights in a masai camp and also these people were very lovely and made everyone feel welcome. Overall we really enjoyed our first trip to kenya. Thanks to everyone, who made sure we had such a lovely time.

Fantasy Journey
The Safari trip exceeded our expectations, dispelling all our doubts as first-time visitors to Africa and leaving us with a very pleasant memory. We had two months of communication with Brain in advance, and he was very patient and helpful! Wilson led us throughout the Safari. His eyes were as sharp as an eagle's and his service was excellent. Super Eagles is trustworthy.

Pre tour service is good but I didnt feel the same during the tour
Hello,
I would like to start by saying that the people sitting in HO are providing good and accurate services.
Costing seems good too.
My major disheartening was service provided during the tour.
I feel the guides assigned to me were not so keen to make my experience memorable.
I did two national parks- Masai Mara and Amboseli.
During Masai Maara, I felt my guide was not giving us adequate information. His driving skills were amazing but he would not follow where mass people were going, I felt he wanted to look for animals on his own and the result was our spotting was less compared to other people in the park on the same days.
Coming to Amboseli, our guide was informative, but I had a feeling he gave us less of a safari time and rushing to the drop point than what was planned and charged to us by giving some excuse of a protest at the border. (Which we confirmed to be false, later on reaching the border)
While tipping is encouraged I didn’t feel the guides were good enough for the same. We did still tip one of the guide.
So I suggest please be very clear while planning itself and convey beforehand that itinerary to be followed.
Lastly , even after all of this I would still say Masai Maara is definitely a place to visit. Thank you

Horrible Time Management
Throughout my journey, I have encountered horrible time management - punctuality issue. Day 1, I waited at the hotel at the assigned time but the driver came an hour later. After that, every day I got ready at the assemble time but it is usually half an hour later to be picked up. The worst is my last day, also waited for another hour when I was told to get ready at early morning. And I had to wait outdoor for the whole hour.
The safari experience was overall good and acceptable, but try imagining every morning you were on time, but you wasted 30 mins to an hour for waiting to be picked up, and which actually you could have sleep more with the time waiting, will you still feel good and give an excellent review?
It might be other passengers who cause the delay, but as of my knowledge, it’s not the case all the time. The driver himself made inaccurate predictions of time, and I don’t think that the distance between hotels are unpredictable if the driver is experienced or responsible.
I once even thought that Kenyan culture is being unpunctual by delaying every appointment at 30mins, but after I asked other tourists, they were picked up at the assemble time on time. Then I know that it’s not the culture, it’s the person.
Kindly take note on this. The safari is good, but this issue devalue the overall experience.

The only choice
My agent is Don, he always replies my request immediately and care about my travel experience. Our Driver Jackson is a cute and caring person, he always tries to let us see EVERYTHING, and luckily we collected big 5 within 3 days.

Professinal tour company with very competitive pricing
Pricing was very competitive when compared to many tour companies. I booked 5 days budget safari with apprehension. However, I was surprised with their excellent service without compromising quality. Pickup and drop off was seamless and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. I was was dealing with Daisy and she was quick to respond and was professional.
