Fantastic tour operators and guides with a lot of experience and the best service
5/5

We had a wonderful safari experience with Super Eagles Travels and Tours Limited. From the start, communication with the office was very good, and Bildad was especially helpful and always quick to respond.

Our safari took us to Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli, and each place offered a unique experience and a very different environment. From wide open savannas to lakes and wetlands, every stop felt special. We really appreciated that we did something new every day, which made the trip exciting and never repetitive. The camps were comfortable and well chosen, and they added a lot to the overall experience.

Our guide James was outstanding. He was excellent at finding animals and was always communicating with other drivers to make sure we didn’t miss any sightings. On top of that, he brought so much joy and fun to the tour, making every day even more enjoyable.

Overall, the safari was well organized, varied, and unforgettable. Also a very good value for money. We highly recommend Super Eagles Travels and Tours Limited to anyone looking for a great safari experience.

We had an excellent experience with this tour company from start to finish. Everything was well organized, informative, and enjoyable. Our guide, Tim, truly made the experience special—he was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about what he does. Tim shared fascinating insights, answered all our questions, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included throughout the tour. His professionalism and sense of humor added a personal touch that made the day unforgettable. I highly recommend this tour company, and if you get Tim as your guide, you’re in great hands!

Nice trip
5/5

I had a great experience with Super Eagles Travel and Tours. Their communication was clear and timely from the beginning, which made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. The team was professional, friendly, and always ready to answer questions or provide guidance.
The service was excellent and well-organized, and everything went as promised. I found their packages to be good value for money, with no hidden charges. They were reliable throughout the journey, and the tour itself was enjoyable, comfortable, and well coordinated.
I would definitely recommend Super Eagles Travel and Tours to anyone looking for a trustworthy travel company that delivers quality service and memorable travel experiences.

Excellent guide, beautiful places and litlle bit a miscommunication
4/5

We booked our safari through Super Eagles, and overall, the price was reasonable for a budget safari. Our experience had some wonderful highlights but also several disappointing aspects that travellers should be aware of.

Kenya Leg

Masai Mara:The game drive in Masai Mara was incredible -we were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five and much more. We also enjoyed the visit to a Masai village. The stay was decent- it had beautiful view of sunset and saw zebra in our compound; however, the shower had very low pressure and the bathroom didn’t have any door. The 4-course meals were tasty and well-prepared.
Lake Nakuru:The safari here was beautiful, and the accommodation was fine. Food was very good. Our bathroom had an unpleasant smell, but others’ were fine. Also, this weird bathroom smell was a common problem in everywhere we stayed.
Amboseli:The lodge was absolutely stunning, offering unobstructed views of Mount Kilimanjaro, sunrise and sunset. The food was good, but the bathroom had a persistent foul odour that wasn’t resolved even after cleaning, which made the stay uncomfortable.
Transport & Car Sharing:For the first three days, we were six people in the vehicle, which was manageable. But later, Super Eagles placed eight people in the same Land Cruiser, along with all our bags and suitcases crammed in every corner. This made the rides extremely congested and took away from the safari experience. The saving grace was our driver/guide in Kenya, Timothee, who was wonderful, kind, and very knowledgeable.
Tanzania Leg
This part of the trip was handled by a different company, Seven Wonders, something Super Eagles never informed us about.
Our driver/guide, Mark, was knowledgeable with excellent spotting skills, but his car was in terrible condition -it broke down once, the seats were wet on the first day, and overall it was unsuitable for long drives.
Serengeti:The game drives were breathtaking, thanks to Mark’s expertise. Accommodation was inside the park and nice. Food was very good.
Accommodation Issues:At Ngorongoro, there was confusion with our booking. We were told by Super Eagles (via Bildad) that our stay was arranged at Octagon Hotel, but upon arrival we were told no booking existed. After nearly an hour of back-and-forth, the booking was finally confirmed. While the stay at Octagon was lovely, the miscommunication was frustrating.
Similarly, in Arusha, we were first taken to Charity Hotel but then redirected to Parachichi Hotel at the last moment. While Parachichi was nearby, the unnecessary waiting after a long safari drive was irritating.
Ngorongoro crater: The view was breathtaking- everything was beautiful about this place. But we felt that the guide assigned to us was not so great.
Final Thoughts
Pros: Beautiful safari destinations, breathtaking landscapes, good food, some comfortable stays, and excellent guides (Timothee in Kenya, Mark in Tanzania).
Cons: Poor communication, inconsistent accommodation arrangements, overcrowded vehicles, and in Tanzania, extremely poor vehicle quality.

Amazing Experience
5/5

Our guide Benson was the key for our amazing experience, his cheerful personality, his excellent driving skills, his knowledge of the parks and wildlife made our five days Safari a great memory. Benson’s ability to predict the animals’ next move enabled us to arrive at the perfect spot for a closer look at the animals, we were amazed and impressed, and how lucky we were, best holiday ever.
We will definitely come back.

The Relation of price and service ist realy good! You can see all animals very near in different inviroments.
The only thing i would change ist to take less than eight days. Six would be enough. Our you get the possibelity to love in you feet.

Delivered as ordered...
5/5

...I spent quite a while pondering how to translate the English phrase "you get what you pay for" into German. We booked the 8-day safari tour, including the Maasai Mara and Amboseli National Park, for just under $1,500 per person. That's pretty much the bare minimum. Comparable offers often cost two or three times as much. Accordingly, our expectations weren't particularly high.

First realization: the parks, animals, and impressions are the same—regardless of whether you pay $1,500, $3,000, or $6,000. Second realization: the mode of transportation, apart from flying or hot air balloon safaris, is also the same. In other words, you spend a really (too?) long time sitting or standing in the car (and the cars you're sitting or standing in are the same, too).

So, that leaves the accommodations, the food, and the guide. First, regarding the first two: yes, they were rather basic, but always somewhere between acceptable and good – you get what you pay for!

Our guide, James Mwaura, on the other hand, proved to be a real stroke of luck: competent, friendly, and relaxed. With him, we felt we were in excellent hands, both in terms of driving (which is quite relevant given the local traffic conditions) and professionally and personally.

Here are a few more things we wish we had known beforehand:

* The 8-day tour includes 3 days in the Maasai Mara. Although this park is huge and fascinating, 2 days are perfectly sufficient.

* Super Eagles occasionally reshuffles the groups during the individual stages to accommodate the different tour options (e.g., 7 vs. 8-day tour). This isn't necessarily a disadvantage, but it can potentially detract from the experience. We therefore skipped the third day in the Maasai Mara to stay with our original group (and our guide, James).

* Super Eagles occasionally reshuffles the groups during the individual stages to accommodate the different itineraries (e.g., 7 vs. 8-day tour). * Before our tour, we did a half-day tour in Nairobi National Park, which was great. However, we were able to see four of the "Big Five" there, which somewhat diminished the "wow factor" of the Maasai Mara. In hindsight, we could have easily skipped that.

In conclusion: a fantastic safari tour, lasting impressions, a great guide (and a great group). And as for accommodation and food: delivered exactly as expected.

The best!
5/5

This is the best safari company in all of Kenya. From start to finish this was just an unforgettable experience. We did 7 days safari to Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli National Park and are so happy with everything. The hotels/camps we stayed at are nice, the food was good, the truck was so comfortable and with excellent off road abilities.

Bildad at the office was so helpful with everything and even booked train tickets for us for the rest of our vacation in Kenya without any payment upfront.

Our guide James Mwaura is a true legend. He has 15 years of experience, which was easily noticeabel from the very beginning of the tour. Picking us up at our hotel in the morning, and dropping us off after the safari with a smile. He is always providing the best service, and has so much knowledge about all different animals, where to find them, different plants and in general so much knowledge about Kenyan culture and ways of living. This journey would not be the same without James so a big thank you for this wonderful experience!

If you are considering doing a safari in Kenya, you will not be disappointed with Super Eagles, and remember to ask for James to be your guide. 10/10!🙌🏻

The best holiday of my life so far although full of highs and lows (which could have been avoided).
3/5

5 stars to super eagles for communication before and during the trip - Daisy was very helpful and arranged mid-range accommodation for me.

Francis the driver was knowledgeable, calm and friendly and did a wonderful job spotting the animals and showing us the big five, although on the last day he ran over a dog which was extremely deflating! Little remorse was shown and with careful driving this should have been avoided. Shameful that we didn't check on the dog either. I was also provided with a driver in Amboseli who admitted he was drunk and had TEN beers that day and tried to encourage me to stop for a drink! He was friendly but not professional.

Seven wonders agency in Tanzania were not as effective at communicating and arranged for an inadequate people carrier to take us through Ngorongoro to meet the other tour group members. Ally the driver struggled with the vehicle and lost control of the wheel. We were very close to driving off the cliff. Thankfully he steered into the skid and others stopped to help push the car away from the cliff edge. This could have been avoided if we were in a sturdy 4x4 land rover/cruiser!

Simba was my friendly driver in Tanzania, although i would have loved a little more information The lunches provided in Tanzania were much better quality than those in Kenya.

Also super eagles kindly stored my luggage at their headquarters. Either whilst at the office when my bag was in the car, or when I had to exit the vehicle when driving to Nairobi airport, i had 100 euros stolen from my bag. Its a shame but was originally intended to be drivers tips. Always carry your bag and valuables with you. I was lucky they didn't take the lot and my laptop!
.
All that being said, I still had an adventure of a lifetime that opened my eyes to heaven existing on earth! A truly magical, spiritual and unforgettable experience of which i am very grateful to super eagles for organising it for me!
