Our safari adventure in Kenya from June 28th to July 4th was truly unforgettable. We started with a magical day at Giraffe Manor, where we had up-close encounters with giraffes in a beautiful and unique setting.
We then spent two incredible days in Maasai Mara, enjoying expert game drives and witnessing some of the most amazing wildlife in their natural habitat.
Our journey continued with one day each at Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, and Ol Pejeta Conservancy — each offering unique experiences, from serene boat rides and bird watching to seeing the rare northern white rhinos.
When I was choosing a tour operator, I considered several larger, more well-known agencies. However, the level of personalized service and attention to detail that Ruphina provided was unmatched. It was this exceptional service that made me choose Ruru Holidays, and I have never regretted it.
Throughout the trip, Ruphina was always available, offering flexible logistical solutions and ensuring every detail was perfect. The lodges and camps she selected combined comfort with an authentic safari atmosphere.
During the trip, Ruphina gifted us warm blankets, which were especially necessary as it was wintertime — they were very comfortable, and I even brought them back home with me. She also gave me water bottles and an incredibly beautiful traditional Kenyan piece of jewelry as gifts.
I would especially like to highlight the high professionalism of our ranger Fred, who found the best wildlife locations that allowed us to take stunning photos. He was also very responsive to all our requests. His level of culture, knowledge of the parks, English proficiency, and attentiveness were outstanding. I am very grateful to him.
Although the trip was planned and paid for just a week before departure, everything went smoothly and exceeded all expectations. Thanks to Ruphina’s dedication and our highly professional ranger Fred, we had an amazing experience.
I am already looking forward to planning my next safari with Ruphina!

Amazing..will use Ruru again without hesitation
We booked our trip with Ruru last month after deciding on going to kenya and I can recommend them to everyone wholeheartedly.
From the start , working with Ruphina@Ruru felt natural, she worked with my budget so patiently that some days between the back and forth I was embarrassed to keep on asking her for changes but she didn't flinch or hesitate, she kept on working with me on program, days , meals, hotels until I was satisfied and ready to book.
Once we got to Kenya and started our adventure our guide/driver , Mr Fred@ Ruru was just as easy and knowledgeable, he worked so hard so we could enjoy our trip.We loved seeing all the creations of Allah swt, the birds, the animals , soo many gazelle, impala, zebra, giraffe, jackal, dikdiks, buffalo, topi, elephants, lions, cheetah, hippo rino,crocodile and everything that i am not remembering right now. Alhamdolillah our trip was marvelous from the start to the end and we couldn't hv asked for a better group to work with so thank you Ruru Holidays esp Ms Ruphina and Mr Fred for all your efforts to make this trip , a trip of lifetime.

Fantastic safari experience
Absolutely fantastic safari experience – Lucy was responsive, prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and customized a perfect itinerary for our first safari. Her choices were excellent. Compared to the other quotations we received, I felt that Ruru Holidays Adventure Safaris (RHAS), offered quality service at a reasonable price.
The driver, Mr. Clement, was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, comfortable and safe; ensuring we had the safari experience we expected. He was very patient with our requests, always trying to give us the best experience.

Great to deal with and very helpful
The tour operator was very helpful in communicating expectations of what we were about to experience on the trip and made all the lodging and other arrangements in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend Ruru to anyone thinking about making such a trip.
