Overall Travel Africa was amazing! They helped to get one of our members to us after flight troubles and continued to communicate with us throughout the whole process. Our guide, Kisamo, was very knowledgeable and answered our many, many questions we had. He made sure each day to ask what we wanted to see and he made sure we saw it. We were very lucky to have him as our guide! The camping was great, the cooks made delicious food everyday. One thing we didn’t think about was bringing snacks since this was not provided and we wished we had some during the longer game drives.

Good safari but organization could be better
I did 4 day tour (2 days in the Serengeti, 1 in Ngorongoro and 1 in Taragire). The first 3 were great and the wildlife and landscape amazing! The organization was lacking though and I wasn’t really told which order I was doing the tour and what to pack for which night (I wasn’t told to leave my stuff at the game lodge and we’ll come back to it later but later meant in the last night). Also the people in our car were staying in different venues meaning in the mornings we lost a lot of time waiting for them to be picked up. This is crucial especially with only limited windows in each park
The guide was very good and we saw all the animals we wanted to see.
The trip was very interesting, we saw all the Big Five in Africa, the guide Mtinangi was great, experienced, humorous, and the hotel accommodation was also very good, highly recommended.

Me and my friend came on a once in a lifetime experience safari in Tanzania and wow did this go beyond our expectations! This was because Mtinangi made it that way. He was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and made sure all our requests were met! We spent 5 days with Mtinangi exploring the Tarangire national park, Serengeti and central Serengeti and Ngorongoro national park and crater! In our group, there were sets of three by two and an individual, Mtinangi asked us all what we wanted to see the most and when we were going around the game drives because of his knowledge and determinations we all managed to see the animals we wanted to, personally for me and my friend we wanted to see the leopard and cheetah and he managed to locate them and also find a good spot so we could take those memorable pictures! Along the way on the journey in the car there was a lot of laughter and information shared about the animals in the safari! Mtinangi was incredibly accommodating and definitely made this trip extra special for us! For sure we’d love to come back and have Mtinangi show us around again and sing the rain song for the migration of the wildebeests!

We had Mtinangi as our guide and he was brilliant. He managed to help us five the big five, and we even saw a cerval. Great laugh and smile and knew the park inside and out. Any time I needed something to be sorted (reaching out to the organisers of the trip or making sure any extras I booked) he helped! Would recommend asking for him.
