The dishonest business operator secretly changed the hotel without informing me.
The quotation stated that it was a high-end hotel with beautiful photos attached. After paying the deposit, they booked a hotel with a similar name but of a completely different grade. We didn't inform the hotel in advance that it had been changed. Moreover, incorrect information was provided in the itinerary given to the driver later. After contacting the person in charge, I was told that she had sent me the hotel reservation form, but I didn't notice it myself. It was a really bad experience.A total of three hotels were reserved, but two of them were changed to lower-grade ones! This is just too outrageous!

Regarding your booking , we did communicate about the necessary hotel changes prior to your arrival, and the updated reservation details were shared to you via the email. These changes were made due to urgent availability issues .We tried several hotel availabilities with no luck since during peak seasons most of the hotels are always fully booked, and after long time of trying we found one and shared with you via the email ,and since we never found any reply immediately from your side we booked the hotel since we never wanted to loose the availability and your trip date was due. We ensured that the alternative hotel met the agreed category within your package rate just a little difference between the hotel which we agreed to refund you.
We understand that any change can be disappointing ,especially when expectations are set by initial images, and we regret if this was not clear enough at the time. We will take your feedback to further improve our communication process so that all future updates unmistakably received and confirmed.
We hope you can appreciate that our priority was to keep your travel plans on schedule and to ensure a comfortable stay despite the last minute changes

Exceptional Service with Denash Tours and Travel
We have just returned from the most incredible wildlife safari in Kenya, organized by Denash Tours and Travel, On the day of the trip, everything went off without a hitch. The transportation was punctual. John our tour guide and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and very engaging. The itinerary was well planned, giving us the perfect mix of guided tours and free time to explore on our own. Thousands of zebras, and gazelles crossing the Mara River, while predators like lions and crocodiles waited, was something we had only seen on nature documentaries except now, we were in the middle of it. Our guide Jhon timed our drives perfectly, ensuring we were in the right place at the right time to see the action. This Kenyan wildlife safari exceeded all our expectations and was truly the trip of a lifetime.

Monica was very nice and patient. She helped checking a few accommodation options until we confirmed the one I preferred. The driver was so nice and well experienced. I had an excellent 7 day trip. The itinerary was well organized.

Our guide Francis was incredibly knowledgeable about local flora and fauna and his passion for conservation was infectious.The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the encounter with a pride if lions. Fantastic organisation, caring guide and amazing customer service.
We did a 8-day safari Masai Mara/Nakuru/Naivasha/ Amboseli.
They worked out the best option for us and price was really good compared to other companies. Everything was well organized. Our guide was absolutely amazing. I will always have fond memories of this trip
