Spectacular!!!! A once in a lifetime trip.
From the initial contact I knew we were in great hands. Pamela & Sharon from the office are so helpful and great at organising a perfect safari holiday. We put our trust in them and it was so worth it, they even helped organise a birthday cake for my friend. Pamela, our tour guide during the trip, made it a once in a lifetime experience for us, she was with us since she picked us up from the airport, showed us authentic places that we would have never got to go to by ourselves, taught us so much and was such a lovely lady to spend time with. We really couldn’t have asked for more! If id have known a safari could be this economical I would have done it a few years ago. The value for money is amazing. Thank you so much Pamela, Sharon & Pamela, you have made three people have one of the best holidays of their lifetime.

Excellent and highly recommended experience
It was an excellent experience my recent tour to Zimbabwe and Botswana arranged by Africa Zim Travel & Tours, great activities, good communications, follow-up on each activity, well organized, all pickups on time, friendly staff from the Office and also the Tour Guide, Mtho. I highly recommend to arrange a tour with this company, good value for the excellent service.

Well above our expectations
From day one we were very impressed with our tour guide Stamford, our accomodation,the food and refreshments the safaris,everything was so well organised and enjoyable.
Our group of eight were so pleased that we booked with Zim Africa and would highly recommend them to anyone who want high standards safety and proffesionalism.

Perfect organized tour for two persons to see wild animals and beautifull landscapes
We felt well advised by africa zim travel&tours even before booking. The whole tour went wonderfully. Times and agreements were honoured and our expectations of what we wanted to see were always met or exceeded. Mtho, our driver and sometimes guide, told us a lot about the countries, people and animals and had the patience to tell us the same thing sometimes four times if we didn't understand it or had already forgotten it. He always spread a good mood with his manner. He drove us safely over the sometimes bumpy and dusty roads.
The selected hotels, rooms and meals were consistently good to luxurious.
Overall, it was a varied and exciting trip and well worth the price.

Wonderful suprises and total comfort
Africa Zim Travels organised an amazing trip around Namibia. Everything was excellent. We would definitely recommend it for a hassle-free and relaxing holiday in this beautiful country!

Easy to organise and very responsive
Great service and communication! We had a lovely time, well organised by Pamela and led by our reliable guide Stanford. All our game drives Stanford joined us and ensured we got to see all the animals we could by talking to the game driver. Accommodation was excellent and Stanford stopped during our car trips so we could take many photos of animals.They were flexible and accommodating for all our needs including toilet breaks and shopping! Will definitely go again with Zim!

Consummate professionals with a “can do” attitude, excellent local knowledge and superb guides.
This tour operator exceeded our expectations. This was the first visit to Africa for most of our group. The office staff were extremely helpful and offered local advice and recommendations during the booking process providing us a bespoke 6 night tour. Our guide, Stanford, was superb: professional but friendly, excellent knowledge, adaptable and flexible to provide additional support if required and shared his recommendations with us. All activities were fabulous in meeting our hopes for this trip. The quality of our accommodation throughout our stay was if the highest standard which we know cannot be taken for granted.
We felt safe and looked after throughout.
Our group of 8 would thoroughly recommend AfricaZim and should we return would reach out to use AfricaZim again and request Stanford 🤩.

Our tour operator, Stanford, was truly a gentleman. He was patient, polite and respectful.
We are from the USA and traveled with our family of six. Youngest being 15 yrs old and oldest is 74. The activities and excusions kept everyone in our group happy and entertained. I felt the value was excellent for the itinerary chosen. Most of our communication was done through WhatsApp texting (which can be challenging due to time zone differences). However, when we requested a phone call, it was never an issue. Sharon and Pam helped us quite a bit and they were very friendly and accommodating.

Everything about Africa Zim was excellent, from the booking office team of Sharon and Pamela to our hotels and activities to our guide Mtho! I have no complaints at all and felt really comfortable during the trip and leading up with great communication from the team. Highly highly recommend, you won’t regret it!
