Eric is amazing!!
We were in Kinigi (Volcanoes National Park) to see the gorillas and monkeys with my 84 year old mother. Eric went above and beyond our expectations!! Everything was perfect and he was so helpful, personable and caring. We have traveled extensively and Eric Sabi is definitely one of our top guides!!

Eric was knowledgeable, thoughtful and very helpful
From the moment that Eric picked us up at Kigali airport after midnight to the time he dropped us back there four days later, he could not have been more attentive to our needs. He brought his country to life and ensured that we had the experience of our lives at the Volcano National Park spending an hour with the incredible gorilla family. He also made us aware of the Gorilla Guardians village which was another highlight. Our visit to the Genocide Museum was an important, if confronting, experience. A Life Changing Experience
We decided we wanted to go to Rwanda to go Gorilla Trekking. We found Eric Sabi from Hope Tours on Instagram. From the very beginning, Hope Tours was a professional organization. Eric is the owner of the company. He was very prompt in answering our questions and guiding us through the booking process. He was able to secure our hotels in Kigali and Volcanoes National Park as well as our gorilla permits.
Once we arrived in Rwanda, Eric treated us like first class travelers. We arrived on an early morning flight and he was able to secure an early check-in time at the hotel. All the accommodations and food were excellent. In Kigali we were able to do a city driving tour and the genocide museum. Eric also took us to some great local restaurants. In the volcanoes area, we saw the Dian Fossey/Ellen Degeneres Campus, Gorilla Guardian Village, and did Golden Monkey trekking. Eric was able to accommodate some of our individual requests for sight seeing as well.
Obviously the highlight of the trip was the Gorillas. We found a family of 14 (2 Silverback's and 3 baby's). Words cannot describe what it is like to be just a few feet away from these amazing creatures. They are such calm and peaceful animals. The hour you get to spend with them goes by very quickly.
Hope Tours Africa run by Eric Sabi is a top tier company. I cannot recommend them enough.

Top Notch Company
Our visit to Rwanda far exceeded our expectations and it is mostly due to our amazing guide Eric. From the very first inquiry email to the personalized agenda created for us planned over a year with step by step guidance, we were in great hands. It's a big trip from the US but everything went so smoothly. Each hotel/resort we stayed with was top notch. The tours excellent and moments we will never forget. Eric was also so helpful in preparing us for our gorilla trek. Visiting with the gorillas was just epic. So thankful to Hope Tours and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Rwanda for any occasion.

Beyond expectations!
Wow! Wow! Wow! We were so lucky to have found Eric Sabi who was our guide in Rwanda. Not only was he super-knowledgable about EVERYTHING, but one of the nicest people I've ever met. I've travelled the world and had many a guide so I know how hard it is to find an intelligent, flexible, fun and kind guide. Eric made sure we got to wherever we needed to be for our treks, coordinated day 2 trek so we could be with new friends we met day 1, coordinated an early entrance to the Genocide Memorial Museum before our flight, took us to a local restaurant for dinner, stopped along the road so we could interact with some locals, and the list goes on.
Eric is SO delightful and greatly enhanced an already wonderful experience.
