Professional,attention to detail fantastic!!
Good morning.
We came to Zimbabwe and were met at the airport by Stanford.
He told us he would be our tour guide for the following 9 days.
He is such a lovely man,professional,thoughtful,caring and made our trip such an amazing experience from start to finish.

Brilliantly organised, brilliantly delivered
From start to finish this was a tour to remember - 2 days safari in Chobe NP, and one night camping. Pamela was great to deal with during the reservation and Kudzi was a delight, driving us wherever we needed to go. The stand out, though, was Cobra, the most knowledgeable and witty game drive guide we could have asked for. Under his charge we had 3 leopard sightings, got to see a lioness hunting zebra (and nearly 20 other lions), a Marshall eagle with a new kill and countless elephants, hippos, impala etc, as well as so many beautiful birds, all of which he could identify instantly. He even found time to rescue two other vehicles along the way, ensuring that our time with him was memorable for all the right reasons. The camp itself was also terrific, comfortable and well-catered. Yes, it was a bit of an indulgence but we felt we more than got our moneys worth. Thoroughly recommended.

I’m really very satisfied. Everything is perfectly organized. They even rearranged our tour considering that our flight (which has nothing to do with Africa Zym Travel) was delayed by almost 12 hours.
Our guide was veeeery pleasant. As two women, we felt truly safe — everything that was promised was delivered, and our expectations were even exceeded.

Great communication and very accomodating
We did a 12 day trip including Zimbabwe and Botswana and we had an excellent time on the recommended itinerary. Our driver and guide, Ronald, did a wonderful job of looking after us and making sure we were always comfortable. He was extremely knowledgeable about the game and habitats and also kindly answered our endless questions about his culture. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great time, even organising a last-minute bird watch in Maun at our request. The accommodation was a great mix and mostly luxury level. I would highly recommend this operator who works out of Vic Falls and really know their stuff.

A highly professsional organization that made the trip seamless and meaningful.
Ourguide Mtho was key to having an exceptional experience. He was organized and anticipated and managed logistical issues which allowed us to live the full African experience. That is - human culture, different but beautiful environments and of course the wildlife we connected with. I would recommend the guided or curated experience to take the pressures of travel away to allow you to maximize the experience. Pamela and Sharon on the admin side were excellent too - friendly and professional with a personal touch! This was a great experience - travelling from Namibia through Botswana to Victoria Falls. Professional tour operator, great service and unforgettable experience
We went for 1-day Chobe safari and 1-day Hwange safari. Both experiences were amazing and unforgettable. The tour operator provided us with excellent service, we received all necessary information in advance, the schedule was strictly followed and the services were excellent. Professional driver (Kudzi), great guides who showed us the magic of wild life.

Extremely excellent
My first contact was with Pamela who took care of all the details of the trip very efficiently. At first I was apprehensive but everything that was on the itinerary was done.
About trip…..It was more than I expected. Thobias our guide was excellent with us, easy to communicate with, always willing to fulfill our requests, treated us like family, and was always punctual. It was truly an amazing trip, worth every penny. We really want to go back and also want to visit more African countries. We're sorry it was so short, but we'll return home to work harder and take more trips like this.
