An unforgettable safari in Tanzania thanks to Dancing Simba
After eight unforgettable days on safari in Tanzania, we can honestly say that this was one of the best weeks of our lives, and Dancing Simba played a huge part in making it so special.
From the very first contact, everything was incredibly smooth. Communication was fast, efficient, and always friendly. They customized the itinerary to fit all of our requests and preferences, showing great flexibility and professionalism throughout the planning process. On top of that, their prices were extremely competitive compared to other companies we considered.
The entire trip was flawlessly organized. Every lodge and hotel exceeded our expectations, not only because of the quality and locations but also because of the warmth and kindness of the staff. It was clear that Dancing Simba carefully selects its accommodations and truly knows Tanzania inside out.
Our guide, John, deserves a special mention. Quite simply, we could not have asked for a better guide. His knowledge of wildlife, animal behavior, and the national parks was outstanding, but what made him truly exceptional was his personality. He was an excellent driver, a fantastic guide, and above all, a wonderful travel companion. He was always attentive to our needs, especially those of our daughters, showing incredible kindness and empathy every single day.
One of the highlights of the trip was spending three days in the Serengeti, staying in an amazing accommodation right in the heart of the park. We would also like to highlight the night game drive in Lake Manyara, organized by Dancing Simba with another specialized guide. It was an unforgettable experience where we saw an incredible variety of animals, including some species that are not commonly spotted in that area.
Everything about this safari exceeded our expectations: the itinerary, the accommodations, the wildlife sightings, the organization, and the personal attention we received throughout the journey.
We would also strongly encourage travelers to consider booking with local Tanzanian companies like Dancing Simba. By doing so, the money stays in Tanzania and directly supports local families, workers, and business owners. For us, that made the experience even more meaningful.
We recommend Dancing Simba 100%. If we ever return to Tanzania for another safari, there is no doubt that we will choose them again.

Amazing first safari experience
We had an incredible 6-day safari experience and would highly recommend this company. Our guide John was extremely knowledgeable about the parks and always made a special effort to spot the animals we hoped to see. His driving was impeccable, and he shared so many fascinating facts about the wildlife throughout the trip.
The food was delicious, and the chef brought such a fun atmosphere with his great sense of humor. The itinerary was very well planned, and the landscapes were absolutely breathtaking every single day.
What stood out the most was how much they cared about our comfort and overall experience. Communication with the team was always easy, and they were quick to answer all of our questions before and during the safari.
Overall, this was an unforgettable adventure, and we would not hesitate to travel with them again.

Fantastic value for money
We did a lot of research before choosing Dancing Simba for their competitive price and they exceeded our expectations! We went to Tarangire, Ngorongoro and two nights in Serengeti. First and foremost our guide Msemo was wonderful and worked tirelessly to get us the best viewing opportunities and ensure it was the experience of a lifetime for us. We saw so many animals so close! We customized our own private tour , including one change mid-trip and the office was always flexible and communicative before and during our safari. Also for the price we paid the accommodations were absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend.

Brilliant
Where to start? Dancing Simbas give amazing service for a fantastic price. They care about your experience and every member of staff does their best to make sure you have a great time. The mountain team we had were absolutely wonderful, worked hard to make sure we were as fed and as comfortable as possible. They pushed us to get to the summit and without the help of Kajia my wife wouldn’t have made it. We missed the mountain team when we left but Penda our safari guide was brilliant. Every lodge they booked on safari was amazing, clean, friendly and had brilliant food. Cannot find any faults anywhere. Dancing Simbas even made sure we got safely back to the airport despite election related disruption in the area. Really would recommend them, and already have to our friends

Lionesses with cubs were 5 meters away from us; we could hear them meowing...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Truly Incredible Safari Experience!
Our 4-day safari in Tanzania was absolutely amazing thanks to Pendi, our guide, and Lucy, the safari manager.
Pendi’s 15+ years of experience truly showed — his knowledge of the land, animals, and culture made every moment fascinating. His driving skills through the Serengeti and steep Ngorongoro terrain were phenomenal, and he made the trip so fun. It seemed like he knew someone at every stop!
Lucy was outstanding — she customized our itinerary to fit everything we wanted, stayed in constant communication, and even met us at the end of the trip to make sure everything was perfect.
Our schedule included two unforgettable days in the Serengeti (Four Seasons Serengeti), one day in the Ngorongoro Crater (Manyara Escarpment Luxury Lodge), and a culture tour in Mto wa Mbu with Barracka.
Barracka led an incredible local experience — cycling through rice and banana farms, visiting a Maasai tribe, and exploring local art galleries.

A journey of a lifetime with Dancing Simba Safaris
Communication with David and Lucy was excellent, they always responded very fast to every question I had. We took the private 5 day safari to Lake Natron, North and Central Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire NP. This trip is not only excellent value for money, but also 5 days which showcases all the different beauty of the Tanzanian landcapes. And yes, you will see a lot of animals! We saw lions, leopards, cheetahs, hippos, elephants, hyenas, mongoose, ostriches, secretary birds, girafs, crocodiles, zebras, etc. Eric, our fantastic driver/ guide, is an excellent wildlife spotter and a nice and funny guy. He made this great trip into an excellent trip. Also a special thank you to Papa Natron, the Masai who walked with us to magical Lake Natron.
