Personalized Tours and Safaris best service, great experience and fantastic value for money!
Linus who owns and operates Personalized Tours and Safaris has been taking care of me in Kenya since 2011 and I always go back to him because of his exceptional service, his flexible and professional approach and his ability to cater for all my requests and requirements.
On top of this his team of drivers and guides are second to none, extremely good drivers with no incidents of note in 15 years and as many trips. Plus, their wildlife and local knowledge is exceptional and they have an uncanny skill of knowing the best locations to go and seem to anticipate where the animals will be.
Linus's prices are very competitive compared to other companies and the value is astonishing!

1. Experiensed tour guide who communicates in english and understands the forest, animals & their behaviour, and also understands various birds by names and characters.
2. Most reliable vehicle with big capacity to take the my entire family on board.
3. Good selection of hotel accommodation with natural habitats in terms of indigenous trees surrounding the hotel
4. Selection of hotel facilities that catered for all my family requirement especially my small baby and other children
5. Full day visits in the jungle to view the wild animals.

Professional, efficient, reliable, neat, customer care oriented and understanding
The operator kept to time schedules, was reliable, communicated any changes arising and the drivers were well informed advising the customers on various natural features, landmarks and their historical significance as well as information about the wildlife and the tour generally. To me and my family, it was really value for money and this was the second tour with this operator. The management went out of its way to meet our group's emerging requirements and for that we were very grateful.

Amazing
I visited Kenya on a family trip (20+ people) and I must say it was one of the best trips I’ve been on. The organisation was seamless, our itinerary was booked and busy, tailored specifically to what we wanted to do. We all had an amazing time, the people were welcoming, the country is beautiful and getting to experience the safari tour was out of this world. Would definitely recommend. 10/10, one for your bucket list!
