Joel is one of the most wonderful guides I have ever met. He works incredibly hard, stays positive in every moment, and brings so much joy and calm energy to the experience. He is knowledgeable, fun, and easy to be around, and he has a genuine passion for sharing the beauty of Tanzania. He took the time to teach me about the wildlife, the culture, the language, and the people, and it made the entire trip feel richer and more meaningful.
He checked in with me constantly to make sure I was having a great time and always went above and beyond to make the experience special. Being with him felt like being with a friend who truly wants you to enjoy every second. My safari would not have been the same without him, and I am so grateful for his kindness, care, and enthusiasm. If you have the chance to tour with Joel, you will be incredibly lucky. From the very first contact, the professionalism of the Gamedrive Travel Africa Safari Agency team was outstanding. Mariana provided excellent support and an unbelievable 24/7 availability, even responding to an urgent question at 3 AM. This commitment, supervised by the very reliable Daniel, set the tone for the entire trip.
The trekking team itself was simply fabulous. Our guide Oti, the cook, and two porters were attentive to every single detail. We were treated to hot water in the mornings and meals worthy of a Michelin-starred chef. Oti, in particular, was exceptional. His in-depth knowledge of the flora and fauna was matched only by his unfailing moral support. I greatly feared the cold, and to ensure I achieved my dream, he adapted the schedule, allowing us to summit during the day to enjoy the incredible sunset view from the roof of Africa.
The logistics were perfect, and the agency's flexibility was infallible. I had to postpone my trip by a month with only one week's notice, and Gamedrive Travel Africa handled the change seamlessly. Their kindness and reliability were beyond expectations. Bravo to the entire team for helping me accomplish my dream!

Our experience with Travel Africa Safari Agency was incredibly successful! Despite political tensions and internet outages the company was able to connect with us and provide daily check-in and schedule updates to both our families back home and us! Our tour operator Godfrey and transfer driver Ali were both extremely professional and caring while we were in their car, and kept us feeling safe during uncertain times! They expertly navigated the roads to provide the best safari experience! Godfrey was incredibly knowledgeable of the animals in the national parks and had an answer for any question that came his way! He made to sure to find a variety of animals and get close for an exceptional viewing experience! We chose a budget safari and all accommodations and meals supplied were to our satisfaction! Everyone working at the lodges were very kind and professional! I would recommend this tour agency to anyone looking to book a safari in Tanzania!

Great experience
The safari tour was a wonderful experience for me and my boyfriend! Both the group and our guide Charles were excellent. Special praise goes to Charles! he explained everything very well, handled any challenges perfectly and made the impossible possible. Even when the protests started in the city, Charles gave us a good feeling and brought us back to our accommodation safe.

Amazing service, Magareth went above and beyond.
We did the 5 day tour during off season which takes us to TP, SNP, NC, Lake Manyara. For the value this safari is really worth it as it gives you a little bit of everything. My only advice is if you can afford it spend at least two days, possibly 3 in Serengeti as the park is massive. Definitely something I'll need to do in the future.
