Unforgettable Private Safari with Exceptional Service
Organising a safari can feel incredibly overwhelming, but from the very first interaction, Wajefya Expeditions completely put me at ease. They handled all the planning seamlessly and made the entire process stress-free. We actually booked our safari 12 months in advance, and their communication was fantastic from start to finish—always responsive, helpful, and happy to answer every question we had.
From the moment we arrived, they were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel more like family than customers. A really nice touch was that the team came to our hotel the night before the safari for a full briefing. We got to meet our guide in advance and talk through the itinerary, which was incredibly helpful and made us feel even more prepared and excited for the trip.
We chose to do a private safari, and we are so glad we did. Having the whole vehicle to ourselves meant we could move around freely and really enjoy the experience in comfort. It also gave us the flexibility to decide what to stop at and how long to spend at each sighting, and our guide was fantastic at listening to what we wanted and tailoring the experience to us.
The safari itself exceeded all expectations. Our guide was absolutely fantastic—highly experienced, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the whole trip run so smoothly that we never had to worry about a thing. He was always on time, an excellent driver, and had an amazing ability to position us for the best views of the animals while sharing so much insightful information about them. Thanks to his expertise, we were lucky enough to see the Big Five and so much more.
One thing we really appreciated was how well our time was managed. We noticed other safari companies stopping for fuel and running errands during the day, but our guide always handled those things during lunch breaks or in the evenings, so none of our valuable safari time was wasted.
The vehicle itself was very well kept and comfortable, and the fridge was always stocked with drinks, which was such a nice added touch during long days out on safari. As safari driving is very bumpy, vehicles often need attention, but our guide was clearly very experienced with cars and was able to fix any issues quickly and efficiently, which gave us great peace of mind.
A special mention also has to go to our chef, who was outstanding. Every meal was delicious and different, which is honestly incredible considering the equipment he was working with. We were blown away by the quality and variety of the food throughout the trip.
The only slight negative for us was the accommodation during our time in the Serengeti at Taji House. We didn’t opt for luxury, so we weren’t expecting that level of comfort, but some of the basics were missing—for example, we were unable to shower for two days, which isn’t ideal after long, dusty game drives. That said, as we were only there for two nights and you spend very little time in your room anyway, it was manageable. The location was fantastic (central Serengeti), which meant we could head straight out on game drives and make the most of our time in the park.
Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wajefya Expeditions to anyone planning a safari!

Amazing Safari with Amazing People

Its a very beautiful experience
I came all along to my life time experience with Wajefya Expeditions and they went beyond my expectations with all the arrangements.Mechlina and her people were one of the most kindest people I ever met. We did the giraffe feeding and I was scared at first knowing that they are wild, but I touched a giraffe tongue and I felt soo good. For the other Travellers they should definitely do a safari with wajefya since they are so organized, kind and happy to work with

The Safari Magician
My experience with Wajefya Expeditions was a blast...! At first i wanted to organize my sons birthday and i was out of ideas but Mecklina and her team did the magic we firstly touched a girrafe for the first time and then did a cultural safari and it was a blend for the kids and us. We also did the illusions centre and was fun for all us. I will never forget Mecklina and i will never forget Wajefya Expexitions .... I am highly recommexing other travelers

It was the greatest operator I had ever seen
I had one of the best experiences with Wajefya Expeditions. Warm, Kind Guides and Perfect Organization – Truly Unforgettable Memories!
Our safari with Wajefya Expeditions was truly unforgettable. We visited Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater, and every moment was amazing. Our guide, Dickson, was the best—he made sure we had an incredible experience and helped us see lions up close, which was a dream come true.
We also went for a hike to Materuni Waterfalls, where we enjoyed beautiful scenery, tasted delicious local food, and experienced one of the best moments of our lives. Visiting Chemka Hot Springs was also fantastic—such a peaceful and refreshing place.
Dickson will always stay in our hearts for his kindness and dedication. We had a wonderful trip with Wajefya Expeditions. Fredy was also amazing—very attentive, kind, and always ready to help. I especially appreciated how he checked on us throughout the planning process and made sure all our needs were met—that was truly special.

An unforgettable experience in the heart of the Serengeti!
We went on a two-day safari in the Serengeti and it was simply extraordinary. The organization was impeccable: everything was handled with great efficiency and kindness. Our guides, Emma and Geremy, were truly exceptional—very knowledgeable, helpful, and always ready to share interesting facts and explanations about the park's wildlife and nature.
The accommodation in the Serengeti was magical: sleeping in a tent under a sky full of stars and hearing the lions roar in the distance was a feeling we will never forget.
The return journey from the Serengeti to Kilimanjaro airport was a bit long and winding, but after such an intense and authentic experience, we can say it was absolutely worth it.
An adventure we recommend to anyone who wants to experience the true essence of Africa! 🌍🦁

Warm-hearted guides, perfect organization, and unforgettable memories!
Our safari with Wajefya Expeditions was truly an unforgettable experience for me and my girlfriend.
On the first day, we visited Serval Wildlife; on the second day, we explored Tarangire National Park; and on the third day, we discovered the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater. Every moment was perfectly organized and filled with wonder.
The guides were absolutely delightful — kind, knowledgeable, funny, and always attentive to our needs. Rudolf and his colleague will forever stay in our hearts, as well as the rest of the team from this wonderful agency.
One of the most touching moments was when they surprised my girlfriend with a birthday cake and roses — such a beautiful and unexpected gesture that truly moved us!
The lodges and camps chosen for us were magnificent, comfortable, and full of charm, making each evening just as special as the adventures during the day.
