Fantastic Company for Our Kenya & Tanzania Safari-highly recommend them!
I highly recommend SVAI Luxe Escapes. We just got back from our safari in Kenya & Tanzania and we had a fantastic trip. All of the accommodations that they arranged for us were amazing and beautiful. The people at all of the camps and lodges were super friendly. We appreciated their team staying in contact with us throughout the trip letting us know about who our guides will be, our transfer contacts, checking in on us, etc. We also appreciated that they provided our friend with a great celebration for her birthday. Their team did a phenomenal job. Everything went very smoothly and according to plan. We loved our guides in Kenya & Tanzania. They all did a great job and were always making sure that we were well taken care of. It really helped make the trip that much more memorable.
I’m very happy that I chose this company to tour with. I had done a lot of research to find the right company and emailed their references ahead of time. I didn’t know anything about them prior to this and I’m so pleased (and so is my husband and our friends) that we decided to go with SVAI. The team is amazing, the guides they have are very knowledgeable and amazing, the accommodations are 5-star. I can’t say enough.

Elegance with excellence
We had SVAI arrange an itinerary for the Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Zanzibar. It was the most organized and well executed private tour I have ever booked. Right from the moment we landed in Kilimanjaro, our private transfers between airports and hotels were great with really good drivers. They were super communicative, and had all the small details well thought of. Our tour guide, Emmanuel for the safari part of our trip, was amazing. He knew all the spots of the Serengeti and Ngorongoro, enabling us to see the Big 5. And our trip ended in Zanzibar with a beautiful hotel and excellent private transfers. It was elegance with excellence, if I had to sum it up. Well done SVAI team! We will definitely be back!

Another great trip with SVAI
This was my second time using SVAI for a Safari trip in East Africa. We went as a family of 11. We were recommended mix of luxury and mid range accommodations to stay within our budget.
Everything was well organised, pick up and transfer from airport to hotels and vice versa. Our Guide on safari was excellent. We saw all the big 5 which was a bonus. We went to Diani beach after and was recommended swahili Beach Resort which was beautiful. Overall great trip amd experience.

Awesome!
My daughter and I had a great experience visiting Africa - Cape Town, Victoria Falls, Kruger National Park and Chobe National Park in Botswana.
We ran into a snag at Kruger because of heavy rains, Flooding and park closures. Priyal From SVAI was able to maneuver quickly and make arrangements for us to go to Zimbabwe and Botswana safaris. She even worked on getting us refunds for the under portion of our hotel accommodation and other bookings.
Highly recommend her for a great experience and personal attention she was able to give when we ran into a situation.

We booked our Tanzania safari and Zanzibar stay with SVAI, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication was quick and clear on WhatsApp, every transfer was on time, and our guide was professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. The itinerary was well planned, the lodges were great, and we always felt safe and well taken care of. SVAI handled details and last-minute questions with real patience, which made the whole trip feel easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!

These folks truly know how to put together an excellent experience
We researched 24 tour operators for their ability to meet our criteria and SVAI really stood out. The thoughtfulness of their itinerary/ the opportunity to include just the two of us (and the driver/guide) and the combination of the "must sees" coupled with some hidden gems (balloon ride/Olduvai/Lake Victoria for example) truly won us over. Their staff was always available for questions and to help us through the planning process to the final decision to trust them with our safari. It was trust well-placed- they did an excellent job particularly as we debated the fly from spot to spot versus drive- driving was absolutely the best way to go!

Amazing Safari and Beach : Tanzania & Zanzibar
We’ve recently returned from a safari trip to Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Central & North Serengeti, took a balloon ride and then flew onto Nungwi, Zanzibar, all arranged by Priyal and her team at SVAI Luxe Escapes.
Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team (Priyal, Martha & Helen), they were extremely efficient, answering all our queries, and we had a quite a few.
We had the most amazing time. Our driver/guide Emmanuel Urio ensured we saw everything and his knowledge of all the animals, culture, geography and wildlife throughout the whole trip made it so much more enjoyable. He truly went above and beyond. We were able to see the great migration which was a once in a lifetime experience!
Zanzibar was also part of our amazing trip and was as beautiful as the photos suggest and we had a wonderful visit to Stone Town with the very lovely Ally.

Excellent service, above and beyond, in every respect
Everything about my 2 day trip to Mikumi was outstanding: the accommodations were excellent, food was delicious and my dietary restrictions were taken into consideration, transportation was seamless throughout the trip and SVAI were all the time reachable and willing to adjust according to my needs. I was impressed by their professionalism. Needless to say, the main goal of the trip, the game drive in the national park, was simply astounding. My guide was highly experienced and knowledgeable and the park itself is just a wonder of nature. The Maasai village which I visited on the second day was also a very interesting experience and an opportunity for an authentic interaction with the Maasai people themselves.
