Everything was excellent

Absolutely brilliant!
Despite the challenging conditions caused by the awful floods that happened in Kruger, the Kruger Safari Co. did everything they could to make our the trip the best it could be and get us out on game drives. The communication was great and they were open and honest about the challenges we'd face. From Wayne helping to quote and organise, the Ivory Moon Lodge (which was beautiful and had the most amazing staff) and our tour guide Lambs everyone was amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Would 100% recommend.

The Kruger Safari Co was friendly and helpful, and very quick to accommodate all of our requests.
The Kruger Safari Co were quick and clear in their communications. Their service was fantastic, going the extra mile to accommodate our requests.
Since we chose a "budget" tour the accommodation was basic as expected. The game drives and sightings more than made up for any lack of comfort in the accommodation.

Wonderful Stay and Heartfelt Appreciation
Dear Green Fire Lodge Team,
I would like to share my feedback also on behalf of my friend Christian.
Our stay at the lodge was truly wonderful. The place was beautiful, very clean, and extremely enjoyable. The team made us feel like family, and we genuinely felt as if we were staying in our second home. I truly miss the lodge already and will definitely return in another season.
All staff members were friendly, welcoming, and focused on guest comfort. The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding, honestly, among the best meals I have ever had during my travels around the world, even compared to Michelin-star restaurants.
Cleanliness was exceptional, especially in the rooms and bathrooms, which exceeded my expectations for a safari location. The small, thoughtful touches, such as chocolates and kind notes, made the experience even more special. The lodge also felt very safe and well-managed.
Special thanks to Mr. Nigel and Ms. Carol for their support, to Victor for the enjoyable safari experience, and to Ms. Rozanne for her dedication and care.

Superb organization from start to finish.
Superb organization from start to finish. Everything went perfectly. Communication via WhatsApp and email was excellent, and we always received prompt feedback. We booked the 5-day package at Kapama Buffalo Camp. It was fantastic. A lovely little accommodation, beautifully furnished. The food was outstanding, and the game drives were perfect. Our guides, Sipoh and Thabo, showed us the Big Five and much more. Every game drive was a highlight. What was particularly special was that, although we usually only traveled with a maximum of four people, it was mostly just the two of us. Everything was perfect. Beautiful experience
I wanted to tell you that the organization was perfect. The added value of Tremisana, which is a simple but clean structure, aside from the location itself which is evocative, is the staff. All the girls in the kitchen are very kind, always with a smile to give you and what can I say about Big Mama who, as if we were family, tells you that dinner is ready. Her soups are wonderful.
