Really looked after us from pre booking to airport for return.
Wild about Uganda, a land of smiles & colour.
From discussing our booking to problems with flight delays, Wild Uganda had our backs.
Our guide Linus was terrific over the 1500km tour, maintaining a positive energy and humour throughout. Coupled with an obvious love for his country ,its wildlife , flowers and fauna, and a passionate energy for conservation.
The animals ,lakes ,street life , food, and climate were amazing.
Don't think about it just book it.

I was picked up from Kigali by my guide Letticia from Wid Uganda.
As lone female traveler, I appreciated the fact that my guide was a female.
I loved the attention to details, very impressed after my Dian Fossey hike, it rained in the jungle, I was covered up to my knees with mud. And my hiking boots and gaitors were clean and ready for gorilla trekking the next morning.
Everyday was full of adventure and unexpected beautiful surprises .
Highlight was being tapped by the alpha chimpanzee male, known to be super unfriendly by trekkers and rangers.
Truly a life time experience with nature .

Incredible experience, high quality service and vehicle, high end lodges
We had an amazing experience. The activities that where planned where great with a lot of game drives, chimpanzee habituation, Nile cruise, Shoebill trekking, waterfalls, local villages and much more. Uganda wild life is stunning. The organizers have great knowledge and are very professional. The vehicle had phone chargers, wifi and a fridge and was comfortable during the long drives. Our guide Brian was exceptional, he was so knowledgeable about the wildlife and the country in general, he was of such a great company and went the extra mile to make sure that we made the most of the activities.

Outstanding 10-Day Tour with Wild Uganda
Our 10-day tour with Wild Uganda was exceptional, thanks to our outstanding guide Herbert, who provided in-depth insights into the culture, wildlife, and nature of Uganda and Rwanda. The tour was excellently organized, with each stop being a highlight of its own. We highly recommend Wild Uganda and would choose them again without hesitation.

Reliable, trustworthy, flexible, supportive and caring.
I have chosen Wild Uganda because I liked the program they offered and asked them to extend it to more days. The communication with Ernest was excellent since the very beginning. Flight operator changed our plans, even twice, flight was postponed by one day, and it was not a problem for Wild Uganda to adjust our programe accordingly. Ernest was extremely helpful throughout the whole time and always on what’s up. Then we met our guide Kasim, an excellent young man who made our trip to Uganda unforgettable. We traveled together for 16 days, enjoyed every single minute, laughed a lot, got to know many new information, seen magnificent gorillas, and so many other animals on our game drives and wonderful walking safaris as well as incredible nature and people. It was a wonderful trip we never forget. Wild Uganda is top.

An unforgettable Uganda experience with Wild Uganda
We recently completed a 9-day tour around Uganda with Wild Uganda, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From the very start, the booking process was easy and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout — the team were incredibly responsive and took real care in tailoring the itinerary to suit our needs. We were given plenty of accommodation options, which allowed us to shape the holiday exactly how we wanted it.
What really stood out was their professionalism and kindness when we ran into a difficult situation on our first night — even though the hotel issue had nothing to do with Wild Uganda, they stepped in immediately and helped us resolve it. That level of care says a lot about the company.
Our safari vehicle was comfortable and well equipped, with charging points and water provided, which made long drives much more enjoyable.
Our guide, Brian, was super friendly, reliable, and genuinely caring throughout the entire trip. His calm nature and support made us feel completely at ease.
It was also excellent of Wild Uganda to recommend the rhino sanctuary and the Murchison Falls location — both were highlights of our journey and experiences we thoroughly enjoyed.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wild Uganda to anyone considering a safari or tour in Uganda. A truly memorable experience from start to finish.

Every day in Africa felt like a new adventure. There is something magical about waking up and immediately heading out to track wildlife; it sparked a curiosity in me I didn't know I had. I learned so much about the intricate patterns of their live, how they hunt, how they move, and how they survive.

Unforgettable 10 days!
We had an absolutely excellent experience with Wild Uganda, who organized our trip across Uganda and Rwanda. From start to finish, everything was very well planned, smooth, and stress-free, allowing us to fully enjoy the adventure.
The safaris were fantastic — especially Murchison Falls National Park and Queen Elizabeth National Park, both offering stunning scenery and unforgettable wildlife encounters. Seeing the Nile forced through the narrow gorge at Murchison Falls was truly spectacular. The gorilla trekking in Uganda was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and was handled with great professionalism and care.
A huge part of what made this trip so special was our guide and driver, Emmy. He is extremely knowledgeable, a very safe driver, and above all a genuinely pleasant person to spend long days with. He took excellent care of us throughout the entire journey and consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything ran perfectly. His local knowledge, calm attitude, and attention to detail made a massive difference.
We traveled as a couple on a private tour and always felt very well looked after. If you are considering a trip to Uganda (and Rwanda), we can wholeheartedly recommend Wild Uganda, and especially Emmy. An unforgettable experience — we would book with them again without hesitation.
