Elisante was prompt, informative and a cautious driver.
Unforgettable experience with Wild Pride Safaris! Elisante and Lillian made it seamless and truly special. Our driver, "Eli" was always prompt, explained what to expect and spotted so many animals that we would have missed if not for him. Incredible experience from beginning to end - attentive, responsive, thoughtful, and thorough
From the very beginning, Lilian was super responsive, thoughtful, and clear regarding different itinerary options. She offered great insights and suggestions without being "pushy" and helped us quickly determine the tour that made the most sense for us. All of the communications were professional, timely, and incredibly clear. We were frankly "blown away" with the extremely high quality of all of the email responses from Lilian. She was always positive, encouraging, and eager to help.
Once we arrived in Arusha, the tour was everything promised. We were met by our driver/guide (Elisante) who was similarly professional, courteous, and eager to help. Once again, we were incredibly pleased and appreciative of everything Elisante did to help us enjoy our safari experience. First, we were suitably pleased with his excellent driving - careful, diligent, good pace, and always alert - especially in comparison to some of the driving we witnessed from others. Second, he had an incredible eye for spotting wildlife - almost as if he knew what was coming. Third, he was extremely knowledgeable about the area, roads, and where to find the wildlife - provided great insights and responses to the many questions we posed to him. We saw everything we wanted - had some incredible interactions and got some amazing photos. Last, but not least, his positive and pleasant disposition was refreshing - he was always smiling and helpful.
Overall, we had a phenomenal experience and would highly recommend Wild Pride Safaris based on our experience. First class!

The most amazing trip with the most amazing people organising it!
WildPride organised the most incredible three weeks for our honeymoon and we couldn’t have asked for a better service!

Booking a safari is a lot to try and organise and we wouldn’t have been able to do it and have such a perfect time if it wasn’t for Wild Pride. We had the pleasure of going on our honeymoon with Wild Pride Safari, and it was a 5-day adventure through the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater that we will never forget. From the very beginning, planning the trip with Lilian was an absolute breeze. She was incredibly helpful in suggesting activities, finding the best hotels, arranging flights to fit our schedule, and creating a smooth and well-thought-out itinerary.
We were very happy with the hotels we stayed in, but the real highlight of the trip was Ali, our tour guide. If he’s available, I highly recommend booking your safari with him! Ali was an excellent driver, extremely knowledgeable, and had the eyes of an eagle for spotting wildlife. He went above and beyond to make our safari an unforgettable journey. Our tour operator was very responsive and attentive.
Our drivers, both in Tanzania and Uganda, were excellent as were the other staff who met us at the airports and assisted with the logistics of getting us where we needed to be at the scheduled times. Everyone was very attentive to our group of four making the trip a wonderful and memorable experience. Everyone was super knowledgeable helping us to learn about the culture.

It's not an easy decision for us to go to Africa for a safari due to our short vacation in China, so we made a lot of comparisons among the safari companies. In the end, I chose Wild Pride for their quick response, smooth communication and cost competitiveness.
First of all, our operator Lilian is nice and patient, always rapidly responded every request raised by me, nearly 24/7 could reach out to her through WECHAT, which is convenient for Chinese people. She listened to every request, and answered every question, and organized a wonderful itinerary according to our wish.
Secondly, our safari manager Goodluck met us at the airport, no matter our delayed flight, and patiently introduced every detail we need to know before the safari, which give us a very reliable impression when we first come to Tanzania. I think it’s very important.
Most of all, our safari driver and guide, Peter, worth a big thumbs up! He has over 30 years of safari guide experience, could speak both English and Japanese, and has excellent driving skills. Sometimes we met heavy rain and lots of dust in the journey, but our car have never met any problem, which I think is very uneasy – we several safari car accidents on the journey. Also, Peter knows where to find the animals, and we successfully saw almost every animal we hoped for.
In the end, we arranged 2 days of rest in the beautiful island Zanzibar, saw beautiful sea and giant tortoise, and did our souvenirs shopping.
In a word, I would definitely recommend Wild Pride Safari to every friend in China if they want to visit Tanzania someday!
