Incredible experience
We booked the safari with Josh Dreamland Safari. Our agent, Elisabeth, communicated really well, kept us fully up to date, and even stopped by our hotel one day before the safari to make sure everything was alright. She also surprised us with T-shirts! She is amazing and truly great at her job.
Adrian was our guide for our 5-day safari, and we couldn’t have asked for better. Even though we were on a tight schedule, he managed to show us all the parks, the Big Five, and so much more. He is a skilled and confident driver, has a lot of knowledge about the wildlife and surroundings, and took excellent care of the car every single day 😄. He even taught us some Swahili and made sure everyone was enjoying the trip at all times.
During the safari we were also accompanied by chef Richard, who prepared amazing meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He was incredibly attentive to my gluten intolerance and made sure I could eat safely, while also ensuring everyone was well-fed with delicious food. Thanks to all of them, the safari was an unforgettable experience!

Great experience
We really enjoyed our safari and are thoroughly satisfied with the company we chose ( in fact it has been recommended by. a friend who travelled with them in March. Prior to the trip communication was prompt and transparent, we knew what to expect, and the logistics have been very well organised and communicated to us( huge thank you to Elizabeth, you are a star).The accommodation they selected for us, all 3 lodges were magnificent.
Special massive thank you to our guide/driver Luka- what a true find! Not only is he the best driver out of all we saw, he was also helped other drivers in need. But what really makes him stand out , is his ability to spot the animals while driving( I mean, a tiny grey meerkat creature against a grey rock-really?)) Thank to him, we saw much more animals than we ever expected.

A round trip
To say this trip was a very pleasant surprise is an understatement.
Elisabeth took care of the airport transfers, making everything incredibly easy for us.
Our driver, Mathayo, was always very attentive and friendly, and he helped us achieve our goal of seeing the Big Five.
Denis, the cook, made sure we ate well every day and even asked us several times what we wanted for breakfast.

WONDERFULL VERY KIND!
We were 3 adults and one children for a Safari trip and we have booked with Josh Dreamland Safaris for 4 days safari and two days in Arusha. First day we arrive Arusha and Elizabeth and Josh went to pick Up us to the airport and bring us to the hotel,wich It was really a nice welcome for us they given us as a gift a t-shirts for allí of us. Second day in the morning we went to Manyara lake and sleept in a Budget camp that was really confortable with rooms and beds. Next day we went to Serengeti and do a evening safari,sleept in Serengeti in camping and the night was really amazing with búfalos,hienas and elefants around the camping place. Early the morning our guide take us to see the sunrise wich was a really great experience and the we do more game drive til' 14:00 and leave to Ngorongoro were we do sleept. In the morning we do Ngorongoro and went to sleep to Budget camp again. Next day we went to Tarangire and at the end they bring us again to our Hotel in Arusha . Last they pickup us to bring us back to the airport for our flight. All the time our guide Matthew was really great with us explaining everything and asking what we wanted to do or see. He was also so nice and make our safari a great trip! We have seen all the Big 5 wich was amazing too. Our chef Dennis do our food all the days for us and the first day he ask what kind o food and breakfast we do rather prefer. He is a really good chef everything was so good all days! The truth is that all the staff was really fantastic for us! Thank you to all of them specially, Elizabeth,Josh,Matthew and Denis,for such a great experience! Vanesa,Daniel,Ana and India

Efficient, and great hospitality.
It’s a once in a lifetime type experience.
We selected a four day lodge tour.
The booking process was straightforward and simple, Angel kept in touch at all times, and the team was very accommodating to our ever changing arrival time; due to flight changes.
Would recommend a private tour, as it allows for more flexibility and adaptability.
I would also may suggest booking two nights in the Serengeti , as opposed to one.
As you do find yourself quite tired whilst travelling deeper in to the national parks.
All the lodges were amazing, offering different experiences, views, and hospitality levels.
Throughly enjoyed the experience in the Serengeti, being awoken by lions and Hippo’s.
Our driver Praise was exceptional, he went out his was to ensure a good journey, good views, and kept us well looked after.
I would definitely recommend the group.
Be prepared to be reminded about tipping etc.

Good communication, fast replying.
We booked a 3 day safari via Josh dreamlands which involved lake Manyara, Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater for our honeymoon.
We had such a lovely time. They knew it was for our honeymoon and went above and beyond to make it a special experience. Communication was excellent. We had 1 issue where our tour guide did not arrive at the expected time and this was easily resolved via contact through WhatsApp. Definitely recommend booking through this company.
We were even lucky enough to see the big 5 on our safari.

Good if your main goal is seeing the big five
Good information for reservation process and content of booking. A few weeks before trip start I heard nothing so I contacted the company about how we are going to meet up etc. After one repetition of questions I got all the answers. I would have wanted to get more information eg about shared tour meaning other companies are involved. Eg guide was not through Josh dreamland. Guide did not give much facts during the tour, a private guide would have been more engaged maybe. Guide did engage solving a problem with our booking while on the road and was very helpful to other guides when they got caught in sandbank and even were in a car accident. Our guide drove very safely. Cooks were excellent. We saw four of the big five during the two day tour and even a cheetah so I am happy with what I saw, Tarangire was great, Ngorongoro not exactly worth all driving.

Smooth and good experience
Great safari experience. The organiser was flexible and communication prior to the trip was smooth.
Upon arrival we were greeted and everything worked according to schedule (except one hotel was changed last minute). The tour guide was friendly although sometimes it was a bit difficult to communicate.
