A Fantastic Safari Experience – Great Organization and Partners
We had an amazing 4-day, 3-night safari through Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
The safari was organized by this agency, which worked together with another local safari company that provided our guides and vehicle. We were very lucky to have Omary and Alex as our guides. They were exceptional: knowledgeable, professional, friendly and always focused on making our experience safe, comfortable and unforgettable.
Omary has 26 years of experience and an incredible knowledge of Tanzanian wildlife. Both he and Alex were always happy to answer our questions and share their knowledge with us. Thanks to them, we had some incredible wildlife sightings, including a leopard very close to our vehicle.
We also shared the safari with another group, and fortunately we met some very friendly people and quickly felt like one big family.
The only issue we experienced was related to our accommodation in Ngorongoro. Before the safari, I had specifically requested not to stay in a basic campsite, as I was not equipped for camping and temperatures in Ngorongoro can be extremely cold at night. We had initially been offered the possibility of spending another night in the Serengeti and then driving to Ngorongoro early the following morning.
During the safari, however, we were informed that this was no longer possible because the rest of the group was staying in Ngorongoro, making the campsite the only available option. Unfortunately, we had very limited phone connection during the safari, which made it difficult to find an alternative, and most accommodations were already fully booked.
In the end, we decided to pay an additional $360 for an alternative, and a last-minute solution was found at Ngorongoro Wild Camp, a beautiful luxury tented camp. Considering the circumstances and the limited connection, we really appreciated the effort that was made to find a solution, and it turned what could have been an uncomfortable situation into another wonderful experience.
A special thank you to Geff, who worked very hard, even at the last minute, to help us find an alternative and avoid having to sleep at the campsite. His effort was greatly appreciated, especially given the difficult circumstances and the limited phone connection during the safari.
For future safaris, I would only suggest clearer communication and confirmation of the accommodation arrangements before the trip, especially when different companies are involved in the organization.
Apart from this issue, we were very happy with the overall experience. We saw amazing wildlife, met wonderful people and created memories that we will never forget.

An outstanding, trustworthy, and genuinely caring tour operator who exceeded every expectation.
From the very first message with Geff, everything was smooth, professional, and incredibly well organized. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. every question I had was answered quickly, and I always felt supported.
Even when a few plans had to be adjusted after we arrived, everything was clearly communicated, discussed with us, and handled professionally. Phenomenal.
We used Adventures in Tanzania for both our Kili climb and our safari. What an incredibly experience for both! The teams were accommodating, easy going, friendly and welcoming. They welcomed our crazy ideas and changes of plans (such as summiting and descending directly to Mweka Gate in the same day, thus ending our Kili trip a day early!). Ending our climb early meant we had more days to safari, and they easily accommodated that desire. We ended up with a 8 day safari, and our days were packed full of the parks. We would start by 7 or 7:30am and rarely had time in the evenings to do anything besides eat dinner, shower and sleep - all available time was spent looking for animals and exploring the amazing parks, which is what we wanted. The food for both the climb and the safari were fantastic. Lodges and camps were great. We had some hiccups along the way, including a flat tire that the Maasai tribe helped to change, but every situation was handled was ease. Both teams - Stanley and Felix and crew on the mountain, and Geoff and John in the bush - made this an unforgettable experience. John was a great driver and animal spotter, and negotiated with the locals when I would desire souvenirs - the most memorable is when he pulled over on the side of the road to negotiate for foraged honey from the Maasai. Tanzania is a beautiful and welcoming country, and I hope to be back one day!

Amazing experience
My boyfriend and I chose Adventures in Tanzania for our safari because they had the best offer and, most importantly, the communication felt the most genuine and professional. From the very beginning, Geff was amazing — always available to answer our questions, give advice, and help us with anything we needed.
We chose a 5-day safari with a combination of lodge accommodation and camping, which turned out to be a perfect balance. During our time in the national parks, we met many other travelers and quickly realized that a lot of safari companies are quite disorganized and unpredictable. Even though some of our plans changed along the way, Adventures in Tanzania truly did their best to deliver everything they promised and made sure we had an excellent experience. For that, we are extremely grateful.
Our guide was phenomenal — incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and professional. The chef was also fantastic and went above and beyond by preparing special gluten-free meals for me, which I really appreciated.
We would warmly recommend Adventures in Tanzania to anyone looking for a reliable, well-organized, and unforgettable safari experience.

Very nice experience
It was amazing experience seeing wildlife and beautiful landscapes.Our guide was very good and helpful, he was trying his best to bring us first so we can avoid the crowd when rare animals have been spotted.Also the chef was amazing and he prepared gluten free food everyday for my alergic girlfriend.While on safari we saw that it is a big competition and that all companies are a bit unorganised but our company tried to do its best to fulfill everything we wanted and everything they promised to us so we are really happy.We recommend!

My operator Geoff was one of the kindest and humble people I have met. He treated me like family.
I had a great experience with Adventures in Tanzania Safari. Both our operator Geoffrey and our driver/guide Mika are exceptional individuals who are always ready to help and answer any questions or concerns you have. I had an unexpected accident before my Kilimanjaro hike with a different company which I had to cancel, in which Geoffrey helped me like I was his own family and kind enough to drive me around where needed. This kind act of his has made me choose Adventures in Tanzania for my Kilimanjaro hike when I come back in July to climb it.

Perfectly organized!
Adventures in Tanzania Safari is a great tour operator for the best safari of your life! We did a safari for 5 days and saw every animal we wanted, we did Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngoro Ngoro and Lake Manyara and everything was worth it! You get nice food throughout the whole trip and everyone is very kind. I would recommend booking with this tour operator because you get everything it offers. It was one of the most amazing experiences in my life! Jeff is also an honest and trustworty person!

Amazing experience!
My friend got very sick the day before our safari and Geff did his very best to reschedule our safari so we could still have our 5 days, we really appreciated this! We really loved the safari! We saw a lot of animals, all of the big 5. Sadly we were not lucky to see the cheetah.
We always got fresh water and three meals a day, that we enjoyed!

My family loved this tour. Despites only 3-day safari, we saw gnus' river crossing as well as many game animals in Seronera and Ngorongoro. Strongly recommend this tour for family with chidren.
