Brilliant organisation at very short notice
Julian put together our last-minute three-day safari trip to Namibia at one day’s notice and stayed in touch to make sure all the arrangements went smoothly (they did). He responded immediately to our initial enquiry. We were met at the airport by our driver/guide Jeff, who was excellent, knowledgeable and attentive, so our experience in Etosha National Park was truly amazing. We would thoroughly recommend Knap Tours.

Very well organized and very attentive service.
I was traveling alone and had a few days to spare before meetings. Knap Tours helped organise the perfect 3-day safari with seamless pick-up and drop off from Johannesburg. The accommodation on camp and the guides and vehicles for the safari were all outstanding. I had such an easy few days and managed to see more wildlife than I anticipated. Highly recommended.

Well organised and thoughtfulness
We joined Knap Tours for the one day trip to Aquila Safari. This trip was well organised and exceeded expectation.
A few days before departure, Knap Tours created a WhatsApp group chat for enquiries and confirmation of pick-up time and spot.
Our tour guide and driver, McDonald (Markus), was reliable and friendly, drove safely and comfortably, while still keeping us on top of schedule.
The welcome drinks, buffet breakfast and lunch at Aquila exceeded expectations.
We were lucky to see lots of animals at Aquila .. lions, zebras, giraffe, hippo, rhino, elephants, springboks, elephants …
If you only plan to spend 1-day at Safari, this is the one!

Professional Efficient Service
As a first time visitor to South Africa, I was unsure who to go to or the standard procedures for booking a safari trip. Knap set up communication on WhatsApp and patiently went through all the steps in detail, before I booked and paid money. They delivered on every aspect of the booking, and MacDonald was an excellent guide. All in all, in my opinion you won’t go wrong with these guys.

Excellent organisation everything went perfectly: Camping Pilanesberg National Park
Communications with Knap tours were excellent. They were very responsive and gave me a whatsapp group for any questions or problems arising which was particularly valued as a solo traveller. The tour itself was excellent with amazing game drives, excellent catering, and a very comfortable camping experience. Drivers all turned up on time and were helpful and good company. All in all had an amazing time and could not fault anything.

I really like the way the schedule was managed—busy, yet still enjoyable. I also have to say that this trip felt relaxing and healing, thanks to the thoughtful choice of places and perfect timing. Everything was up to me, completely flexible, which made it feel like a truly enjoyable vacation. Communication with the team was excellent, as were my driver and guide.

The car was very comfortable and had everything I needed—it even had a heating feature when I felt cold. I truly enjoyed using this vehicle for the entire three days.
Guide and driver: 9/10
Macdonald was an amazing driver and guide. He was a perfect match for a solo traveler like me. He was always enthusiastic and explained every place we visited very well. He also enjoyed listening to my stories, so we could exchange information and keep the atmosphere lively. He understood my needs, asked what I needed, and gave helpful suggestions whenever I was unsure about something. He truly felt like a friend.
Overall, I truly enjoyed the tour with Knap Tours! I highly recommend this tour to everyone. Hopefully, there will be another opportunity to meet again. Thank you, Knap Tours!

Perfect 3 day safari trip
We are so happy with these guys , the tour they had us on was life changing and was fantastic, they organised all our transfers and were promt with everything and we had the best drivers and tour guides we could ask for. Will definetley use these guys again when we come back next year.
