Wonderful 5-days safari
Tom, the owner, and his team are truly wonderful people who arranged a wonderful 5-day safari for us. Erick was very patient with me and prepared at least 3 different packages until I was finally satisfied :D Our accommodations (Heart & Soul Lodge and Sero Tented Camp) were exceptionally clean, the staff were incredibly warm and we felt truly welcomed. The route (Tarangire, Ngongoro, Seregeti, Lake Manyara) was well thought out and the price for our lodges was unbeatable compared to larger operators, where you often pay the same or more for less beautiful lodges or don’t even get a private tour. Our guide Tony was fun, attentive and did everything he could to show us all the wildlife we hoped to see.

Incredible
The safari experience was absolutely incredible, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Culvert. From the very first day, he explained everything in detail the wildlife, animal behavior, landscapes, and the ecosystem always in a clear, engaging, and passionate way. You could truly feel how much knowledge and experience he has.
Culvert is an outstanding guide: professional, attentive, patient, and always focused on making sure we had the best possible safari experience. He knew exactly where to go and when, which allowed us to see incredible wildlife and enjoy every moment to the fullest. His driving skills, respect for nature, and ability to spot animals were simply excellent.
Thanks to him, the safari was not only exciting but also very enriching. Every day felt special and well thought out. Without a doubt, this safari exceeded all our expectations, and Culvert made it unforgettable. Highly recommended.

A perfectly organized safari with an outstanding guide and unforgettable experiences.
We had an absolutely incredible experience with Ndutu Green Explorers. From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized by Tom, who was always professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail. His coordination made the whole trip smooth, stress-free, and truly enjoyable.
Our safari guide, Culvert, was simply magnificent. His knowledge of wildlife, landscapes, and animal behavior was outstanding, and his passion for what he does really made the safari special. Thanks to him, our safari was unforgettable — we saw amazing wildlife and learned so much every single day.
These six days were spectacular, honestly some of the best days of our lives. The service, communication, and overall experience exceeded all our expectations. We are extremely grateful for all the work and care put into this trip, and we would 100% come back in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a truly exceptional safari experience.

On time, clean vehicles, great times had seeing all the animals including black and white Rhino!
Wow, what a great experience! We arrived in country and our guide, Emmanuel met us with our group name as we exited the airport. We went to the hotel, freshened up and went out to the Arusha market, be prepared to haggle as that is part of their culture! We went to the Arusha Cultural Heritage Center, they have good prices compared to all of the other places we visited! We went back to the hotel for the night and prepared for the Safari! Emmanuel was early to pick us up and we set off for the day. We didn’t know what to expect as we approached Tarangire National Park, the animals are amazing! Emmanuel got us so close to the animals, the photos and videos are amazing! We saw herds of elephants with so many adorable babies! One baby elephant had to shooed back to the herd by its mother as a lion was watching for it’s opportunity nearby! The next day we visited Ngorongoro Conservation Area where the beauty and animals stole a small piece of my heart forever! Emmanuel spotted so many animals including the white rhino! We watched baby hippos play with their bloat of hippos, huge elephants roaming all over, a crazy hyena chase a wildebeest for 2-3 minutes, and so many other animals doing what they do! We went to the southern Serengeti to see vast herds of zebras and wildebeest with their young ones frolicking. We couldn’t count them all but we saw at least 200 giraffes over the whole trip! When the guides find something cool, they will put out a radio call so everyone can see the cheetah kill and the cheetah pups, or the lone lion munching on a wildebeest kill. In the Ndutu conservation area we got word of a Leopard sighting within the last several days so all the guides were keeping their eyes peeled for it! Someone spotted it and Emmanuel got us front row seats for the sleepy dude draped over a branch in an acacia tree! Overall, highly recommend Emmanuel as a guide! Thank you Emmanuel and Ndutu Green Explorers for a great itinerary, expertly done!

The best
My January 2026 experience with Green Ndutu Explorer was excellent from start to finish. Thanks to the manager, Tom, for the superb organization and his patient handling of my questions, and to the guide, Colvert, for his deep knowledge of the terrain, the routes, the animal species and their behavior, and his dedication to ensuring we saw as many unique sights as possible – hunting, predation, birthing – and for readily sharing valuable information.
Note: One of the most important factors for a successful safari is choosing the right time to visit the reserves, and they were incredibly helpful with this before the trip, making the experience perfect.
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an organized, enjoyable, and informative safari experience.

Amazing company, amazing hospitality, great experience!
10/10 recommend this company for your safari. Erick was helpful throughout the whole planning and booking process. Once we landed Emmanuel greeted us with a smile and started off to Arusha where he showed us around his hometown. The next day we were off on safari and we told Emmanuel what we wanted to see and do and he made it happen. We saw the big five, and so many more animals we didn’t even know we would see. He was so hospitable, and knew the area so well that he could find just about anything. When we had questions or slight changes we wanted to make to our plans he was happy to accommodate. I don’t think we could have had a better experience, it was awesome. Asante!

Great Safari, great Guide, Great team
We had an outstanding and memorable safari experience with Ndutu Green Explorers. This was primarily due to the professionalism, expertise, and skills demonstrated by our guide, Omary, as well as the flexibility shown by the entire Ndutu Green Explorers team.
Arrangements for pick-up from a different city (Moshi) were managed seamlessly via WhatsApp. Furthermore, when it became apparent that one of the proposed lodges was fully booked, Ndutu Green Explorers promptly secured alternative accommodation.
Our guide’s extensive knowledge of animal behavior, feeded by his love for nature, allowed us excellent viewing opportunities throughout the safari, as Omary consistently anticipated the movement of elephants, baboons, lions, and other wildlife.
We considered ourselves fortunate to have observed the Big Five and numerous other species within just a few days. Beyond his extensive knowledge and adept driving skills—particularly after significant rainfall rendered roads in the Serengeti extremely muddy—our guide, Omary, demonstrated strong professional relationships with fellow guides, park rangers, and picnic site staff, indicating he has garnered considerable goodwill. Overall, our safari experience with Ndutu Green Explorers was excellent.
