Our group was very happy with everything. The organization and the safari were arranged wonderfully. All the game drives were truly memorable thanks to our amazing guide Francis, who did his best to show us everything. This is definitely an agency we will travel with again.
Superb, Delivered Everything, Highly Recommend!
We are a group of 5 people who recently completed a tour with the great team of Jacmiya Safaris, travelling through the Great Mara, the Mara River, the Mara Triangle overlooking the Serengeti, and onward to Lake Naivasha for a boat and walking safari. From start to finish, this trip surpassed every expectation in every possible way.
Our guide, Francis, was exceptional throughout. He was consistently informative, polite, and attentive, ensuring every detail of our experience was thoughtfully managed. His deep knowledge of the region meant he always knew the best times and the best places to take us, giving us the flexibility to see all the wildlife we hoped for — lions, elephants, rhino, giraffe, zebra, hippo, buffalo, cheetah, and a beautiful variety of antelope, all up close. These unforgettable moments were possible because Francis understands the land and its rhythms with remarkable skill.
The Jeep was extremely comfortable, making long days in the bush enjoyable and relaxed. The accommodation arranged by Jacmiya Safaris was equally impressive: Sarova Mara Camp Masai Mara and Sopa Lodge Lake Nakuru were excellent, offering comfort, great service, and stunning views that added so much to the overall experience.
Jacmiya Safari’s communication was outstanding from beginning to end. Every question was answered promptly, every request handled with care, and every detail organised flawlessly. The company’s attention to detail was evident in every part of the journey — from logistics, to timing, to ensuring we were always comfortable, safe, and well looked after.
Francis himself kept the Jeep spotlessly clean, took immense pride in his work, and brought warmth and humour to each day. His professionalism, kindness, and patience made us feel completely supported throughout the trip. It is rare to encounter someone who blends expertise and genuine care so seamlessly.
Jacmiya Safaris delivered a safari that was not only memorable, but truly exceptional. The combination of superb guiding, comfortable transport, excellent lodges, flexible planning, and meticulous attention to detail created an experience we will treasure for a lifetime.

Very Responsive and Accomodative at all times
We were a group of three and chose Jacmiya Safaris after being impressed by how fast and helpful Jael responded to our initial enquiries. That responsiveness truly set them apart from every other operator we contacted, and it indicated what to expect later.
Our guide Francis exceeded all our expectations. Francis has an exceptional depth of knowledge wildlife, birds, local ecology that none of us had encountered in previous safari experiences. He also has a wonderful relationship with communities around the Masai Mara, which gave our group genuine, unscripted insights into Maasai culture and daily life. By the way, he's born and raised in Masai Mara, so he definitely understand alot about the area.
Logistically, the trip was smooth every hotel check-in was flawless and well arranged.

Excellent tour operator providing a great experience!
We found Jacmiya Safaris at the very last minute before our trip. Jael was extremely helpful, accommodating, and was able to customize our trip exactly how we wanted it. We are located in the US, and Jael was available at any time of the day for us to coordinate our trip. From the point where we landed in Nairobi to the point where we departed, everything went smoothly. Although we had already set our itinerary for the various places we were going, the driver was extremely accommodating to any detours or additional things we wanted to do along the route. The safaris were amazing, and our driver, Francis, was extremely good at finding the various animals. By the way, Francis comes from the Masai tribe, and we were able to learn so much from him about the Masai Mara region, which we wouldn't have known. We got to see the Big 5 animals and many, many more! The accommodations were also amazing! We were able to select the places we wanted to stay. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included every day. I would strongly suggest using Jacmiya because they are always willing to help, accommodating, friendly, trustworthy, and able to customize the trip the way you want. Also, compared to other safari operators, they are very reasonably priced.

Kindest people, very professional, and attentive to detail
I enjoyed myself on a 5-day safari my daughter planned with Jacmiya Safaris. They were incredibly kind people. Our guide and driver Dickinson was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them highly and will be using them again in the future to plan another safari trip to Kenya/ Tanzania.

I am grateful to Jael and Jacmiya Safaris for helping to plan and coordinate an unforgettable 5-day safari for my mother’s 60th birthday! I was very last minute and reached out to Jacmiya Safaris four days before our arrival in Kenya. Jael was super responsive and always answered my questions within minutes, no matter the time of day. She was able to tailor the trip to my budget and schedule and went above and beyond to ensure that I had the trip I wanted. We did a 5-day safari through Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, and Masai Mara. Our guide Dickinson was amazing and made it his duty to ensure we saw all of the animals and had the best experience! He was super chill and very knowledgeable about the enivronment and wildlife. He was flexible with the schedule and made sure my mom and I were comfortable and happy throughout the five days. Additionally, Jael checked in every day to make sure the trip was going well! She thought of every detail and took care of all the small things I had forgotten. Even arranging with one of the hotels to surprise my mom with a birthday cake at dinner. I could not be happier that I trusted Jacmiya Safaris and Jael to make my mom’s Kenyan dreams come true! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to book a safari! They will take care of you!

Friendly, helpful and professional
We did a 5-day safari through the Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli with Jacmiya Safaris. Our guide Francis was excellent and did his best to give us the best experience. Awesome Experience
Safari with Jacmiya Safaris was the adventure of a lifetime and the fulfillment of our dreams. Kenya has something truly extraordinary about it and will remain in our hearts forever—we will definitely return one day with more friends. We are very grateful for the meticulous planning of our trip, which was exciting, colorful, and full of unforgettable experiences. Jackie, our contact person was truly amazing. She was able to respond to all our questions, changing itineraries time by time until we were fully satisfied with what we wanted. She could even send us messages during the safari just to ensure we were safe. We really felt at home with them ,a very hospitable team indeed.
Special thanks go to our guide, as the success of this journey was largely thanks to him. Julius showed us far more than we expected—we saw the Big Five and many other animals, always had the best views, were close to the wildlife, and were able to take beautiful photos. Julius is a wonderful person who truly cared about making our trip unforgettable.

Excellent services, Reliable Company
We visited Kenya for the December holiday with my wife. We were met by our guide John at Tamarind Hotel in Nairobi where our excellent safari had just began. Having such a knowledgeable and friendly guide just added to our experience. We travelled to the Masai Mara arriving at the Sarova Mara camp which was very relaxing and comfortable with great staff.
We had 2 days Safari there seeing some beautiful animals lions,Cheetah, Elephant, Hippos,Warthogs, Hyenas and lots more. We then travelled to Lake Nakuru staying at the Sarova Lion Hill Lodge and on our game drives managed to see Rhinos, Lions, Baboons and lots of bird life.
We would highly recommend this package and taking the option of a private Land Cruiser. Booking a group safari might sometimes turn out not fun since there's no flexibility at all. John was very attentive and he played a big role to the success of our trip. My wife and I really enjoyed we will definitely come back again.
