We booked with this tour operator from Italy, and from the start they were always very helpful and attentive, even on WhatsApp. Once we arrived, we met for an initial briefing the day before the safari, and the following morning they picked us up at the hotel to take us to our guide. What can I say? The safari was amazing; we saw the Big Five, slept both two nights at the lodge (with extremely comfortable beds) and two nights in a tent (an absolute must-do). The first night in a tent in the Serengeti National Park, we heard a lion's roar several times, and it was incredible. On the second night in a tent in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you could wake up and see beautiful zebras. Special thanks to Emanuel, our expert guide, who during the safari told us about the animals we encountered along the way. And to Richard, our chef, who, throughout the five-day safari, was especially attentive to me, as I have an egg and milk allergy. It was all delicious! Perfect experience
The organisation was absolutely perfect from the beginnint to the end. Shuttle service from and to the airport, accommodation before the safari and the safari itself was very well planned. Our safari guide Raymond tried his best to show us every animal in the parks and we did see all, he explained a lot and made us feel safe. My highlight was the sunrise drive at the serengeti nationalpark, had to wake up early but it was so worth it. Also have to mention our personal Chef at the tour who prepared a fresh breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. The organisers themselves made us feel very apprecciated. We stayed in contact with them through the entire trip which made it feel very personal. I would defenitely recommend it.

It was very good organized and we felt very appreciated.
When we booked our safari tour, we had many questions, but we could clear every open question per whats app. We got a complimentary accomodation before our safari started, a complimentary transfer to the hotel after the safari and a complimentary transfer from our accomodation to the airport. In addition we received tshirts and some other gifts. We also got as much briefings for the safari as we wanted, so we really knew what will happen during the safari. We felt like special guests and are very happy with the organization and the services we received. I also want to mention, that we liked the personal contact with the company as soon as we were in arusha, we felt very safe.
