Amazing experience!
We had a great experience with Ruby Voyages during our stay in Kenya!
We booked a tour including 4 days in Masai Mara with a personal driver and pick up in Nairobi. We stayed at the Enkorok Safari camp Masai Mara.
Everything was well organized and just as described on the webpage. A huge shout-out to our driver, Ibrahim, who really made every effort to make our trip special. Through his guidance we were able to see all of the big five and learn much about Masai Maara, its people and life in Kenya. If you book through Ruby Voyages ask for Ibrahim to be your guide!
Enkorok camp is a serene camp right infront of the entrance of the Masai Mara (cave: it is not exactly within the Mara but is only a 5 minute drive away, which did not bother us). The staff at the camp was absoloutely superb, as was the food and our lodge.
All in all I would definetly recommend Ruby Voyages and am looking forward to our next trip in Kenya!

Amazing Ruby Voyages
We are so grateful to the great service and teamwork from Ruby Voyages. Through Miss Lily, we were able to spend three amazing days in Nairobi. We just texted her in advance what we wanted to see, where we wanted to go, Restaurants we wanted to eat at and shops we wanted to visit, and just like magic Lily arranged not only an incredible driver, but three amazing days in Nairobi. Our driver, Julius, was exceptional! He was able to navigate so smoothly through the frenetic Nairobi traffic. He was always friendly, professional, on time, and informative. We also appreciated how flexible they were and how we were able to tweak our schedules on a couple of occasions. Without this team, we would’ve never been able to enjoy our time in Nairobi and see the many things that big city has to offer! We recommend them extremely highly!

Flexibility & Excellence in Execution
So we chose to go to Diani on holiday in Feb this year. Got Lilian of Ruby Voyages to do all the bookings (flights, hotels, transfers). Super-efficient, Lilian is. Every detail booked as per our requirements with no fuss. Then on date of departure, there is an airport workers strike at JKIA! Our flight to Diani cancelled by the airline (same to other flights!). But Lilian stayed calm, and lo and behold, she quickly arranged for us to travel down south by train (SGR!). Pick up from the train station to the hotel was waiting for us when we arrived. No fuss, and we got to our hotel as planned, and our holiday went on as planned. Best part? Lilian arranged for me to get the refund from the airline for the cancelled flight. Again, no fuss. A message just arrived on my WhatsApp: "Your refund is ready, how would you like to get it" (bank transfer, Mpesa mobile wallet, etc).
Wow! Really excellent experience with Ruby Voyages. I would strongly recommend them, and I will definitely use their services again!

Vacation Saved
My wife and I visited Kenya last year to spend three weeks on the ground, traveling from Nairobi, Mombasa, Naivasha and other places in central Kenya.
Our first flight from California was delayed almost two hours, putting us behind for our first connection in Seattle Washington. My wife and I made the flight but our luggage did not. Lillian our travel consultant, helped us with multiple reservations so we could move to another spot every few days, so finding our bags quickly was imperative. Lillian was in constant communication with the airline and managed to retrieve our bags and deliver to us before we moved to our second location. If not for her efforts, our trip could have been a stressful experience. Lillian was always available to help with car rentals and hotel negotiations no matter the time or place. I highly recommend Lillian and Ruby Voyages! Our once in a lifetime vacation was saved by their efforts.
