Amazing safari tour
We just finished a 3-day safari in the Maasai Mara and it was truly an amazing experience. We saw an incredible abundance of wildlife and were treated with such warmth by everyone we met. A huge thank you to the entire team for making this trip possible, with a very special shout-out to our guide and driver, Michael. His expertise and driving made the journey unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Disappointed
I absolutely do not recommend booking with this agency. We paid €50 more per person than others who booked through Viator for exactly the same experience. On top of that, despite the high price, you end up crammed into a car with many other people. The schedule was also not respected—we spent less time in the park than written, meaning we didn’t get the experience we were promised. To make matters worse, on the last night at the hotel, there was no water available, so we couldn’t even shower.

Regarding Pricing and Inclusions
In the safari industry, different operators offer varying levels of service. Our packages are designed to be comprehensive and stress-free, including full pick-up and drop-off services and an all-inclusive meal plan—including lunch on the final day, which is not always standard. Additionally, for our group-joining tours, guests often stay at different lodges or camps. The price differences you observed often reflect the specific accommodation tier and the logistical inclusions unique to our service.
The Water Interruption
We sincerely apologize for the lack of water on your final night. This was an unfortunate incident caused by wild elephants damaging the main water pipes while migrating through the area. While this was an act of nature beyond our immediate control, our partner hotel team worked urgently to repair the burst pipes and restore service as quickly as possible.
Game Drive Duration
Regarding the schedule, our full-day game drives run from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This provides 10 hours of immersive wildlife viewing, which we believe is an extensive and fulfilling experience. We limit our drives to these hours to respect our guides' well-being and ensure they remain alert and safe for our guests, rather than pushing until 7:00 PM.

Incredible experience
Seeing amazing sights and animals all around the reserve. Amazing accommodation with incredible staff.
Very helpful, responded very quickly to enquiry and questions.
The service was excellent. When I enquired I received a response quickly. Our driver was really lovely, accommodating and gave a great tour of the safari. I would definitely recommend this tour operator as the staff are attentive, George our driver was on time everyday and made sure our experience was great.

Excellent
I had an amazing safari experience. Communication was smooth and quick from the start, and the service was excellent throughout. The team was friendly, professional, and always on time.
The safari itself was unforgettable — beautiful landscapes and incredible wildlife. Everything was well organized, and I felt it was great value for money.

Excellent
Value for money with this operator. We went on a safari with Christoph, who has been guiding for 19 years and is incredibly experienced. He seemed to know every corner of the Masai Mara, which made the whole experience even more impressive. His knowledge and confidence made us feel in great hands, and we got to see so much thanks to his expertise. Truly an unforgettable safari experience.

Great safari experience
This is 4,5 stars. My safari tour through Savanna Sojourns was really good! Communication and service was excellent and our driver (Chris) was brilliant. Our allocated hotel was also good with so friendly staff and fine tents. The only thing holding this trip back from a 5 star is the food at the hotel which was OK. Also, make sure to eat or bring breakfast for the first day heading to Mara and be aware that the last 2 hours of the drive there is very bumpy. We would go again.

An excellent safari with great access to the big 5. Our driver was not rushed, ensured everyone was looked after whilst providing great information about the animals, local customs and history of Kenya.

Accommodating
George and team were terrific to work with. The highly rated reviews were completely accurate as I reached out to them about a custom tour for my wife and I in the Mara and Lake Nakuru. George was in constant communication with me and was always there to answer questions and made sure to build the right itinerary for us. Our guide Ronnie was great as well. He let us dictate our tour and made sure we targeted seeing what were considered highlights. Unfortunately we missed the Great Migration but that was just due to timing elements. Otherwise, we’ll definitely look to book with George and team in the future. Highly recommend for your private tour experience.

Amazing trip to Masai Mara
We spent an amazing few days in the Keekrok Lodge in Masai Mara. Departing from Nairobi and driven to the lodge. Everything was perfect - pick up was on time, great trip to the lodge, great lodge with an amazing 300 hippos and most friendly staff at the lodge, great game where we came really close to the animals and saw most of them, and not least was our driver George nice and knowlegdeable regarding animals and Kenya. Great recommendations from here
