we had a real great time out guide Osman. he lead us trough the Serengeti park and then tò the ngorongoro crater and It was Amazing. we saw a lot of Animals

The service I received from Mufasa was excellent.Davis was extremely helpful.
My driver and guide was superb.
All things were well organised.
The only issue I had was that they should have provided a newer landcruiser.

We enjoyed our safari with King Mufasa very much 👌. It all started with a smooth preparation, communication and tailored-to-our-needs offer by Davis, finding the best set-up for us for the planned trip. During safari we had a great time, being on a 5-day tour, all was organised perfectly (including travel from Zanzibar hotel to Tansania mainland, safari start point, and return), and we were able to visit several Tanzanian NPs and took lots of great memories with us. Our guide Inocent was friendly, reliable, safe driver, and provided lots of information about the animals and areas, also always looking for our needs as a family (2 adults, 3 kids) ❤️

I went for my 30th birthday with my partner. The hotel we stayed at organised as part of the safari was amazing, big highlight of the trip. The cars that we used for the safari was also great, comfortable and water etc was provided. I had a good time, only feedback would be the game drives were very short and not as “exciting” as I had anticipated. This is with the caveat that of course, we can’t guarantee what we will see, but unfortunately didn’t see any of the big cats and all three days were quite slow sightings. Overall their communication was great and the lunches provided were better than expected.

Very caring about their customers experience
Fabulous experience with King Mufasa. Easy organised trip with davis… we fortunately had innocent who was such a warm and welcoming guide, he asked us what our favourite animals were and made it his mission to find them for us. You could tell he really cared about our experience as did the rest of the team - accommodation also amazing and well organised, comfy beds and great food all you need … thanks Mufasa team !
Incredibly helpful, amazing experience and an amazing guide
An amazing experience overall with King Mufasa, we felt completely looked after the entire way and saw some amazing things! Including 15 lions in one day! Our guide Innocence was incredible and so positive the entire time with an incredible heart and made the whole journey so much better!!!

We had a really great experience. We booked a 4 days safari trip and it was great. We saw a lot of animals. The accomodations were amazing and the stuff very kind.

Average tour at best.
Amazing parks. Serengeti and the Crater being the highlight of the trip, so rich with wild life.
The trip started very nice until our driver decided that we have our lunch in the car, as he wasn't bothered set up a table for us !
That day ended in Nakupenda lodge, we needed a WiFi but the lodge manager gave us a lodge with no internet!! I went back to him to change the lodge but he kept us waiting there for an hour with no reason or consideration that we were tired from travelling and the drive!!
I asked the driver to pack coffee Thermos for the drive on the fist day, he totally ignored my wish until the end of the tour !!! It was suppose to be a luxury tour ..!!
On the second day we drove all the way to nogorongo, up the misty foggy hills to find out that the car wipers were not working in the tired dated vehicle, the dust from the road was sticking to the windshield making it muddy and hard to see, the fog made it worse, it was very dangerous drive up steep narrow roads under such conditions, the driver was splashing water from the window on the windscreen to see the road !!
On the final day the driver came to pick us up with a filthy dusty vehicle from the drive the day before, maybe trying to save some money, very cheap and unprofessional.
Despite all the above the last lodge Mvuli hotel was quite special. And the parks were full of wild life and worth the trouble.
Phenomenal
Incredible communication from the moment we booked right up until the end of the safari. The safari was an amazing experience we had really good knowledgable, charismatic and funny drivers. The lodge was out of this world, the views were breath taking and the staff were extremely attentive. I would highly recommend King Mufasa expeditions once you book with them everything is sorted, you don’t have to worry about a single thing (airport transfers, accommodation, safari most importantly communication)
