Excellent Safari Experience with Outstanding Service and a Wonderful Driver
We are group of 3 engaged Josero Tours and Safaris. We had an amazing experience with Josero from start to finish. The arrangements were well organised, communication was smooth, and some unexpected activities such as bush dinner was arranged with our surprised. If we have any feedback, the PIC from Josero always gave us a very fast response and solution without hesitations. This is a very plus point as a tourist who visit a place which is not familiar.
The lodges were comfortable and the meals were much better than we expected. Most importantly, our driver, Peter, was excellent — friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He always made an effort to understand the animals we hoped to see and would patiently look for the best locations for us to get great sightings and photos. His dedication and effort really made our safari experience special.
We truly enjoyed the entire trip and felt well taken care of throughout. Thank you to the Josero team for arranging such a memorable Kenya safari. You will never regret to engage Josero if you are looking for Kenya trip.

Wonderful Experience with Josero Travels! 5 ⭐️ experiences
We had an amazing and unforgettable Kenya trip with Josero Travels. A big thank you to Joseph, Henry, and our wonderful driver and guide, Peter, for taking such good care of us throughout the journey.
Our accommodation and food were superb, and we especially enjoyed the memorable Bush Dinner and Cave Dinner in Diani Beach.
A special mention to Peter — although he is only 27, his ability to spot wildlife is incredible! We joked that he has a special “radar” for finding animals. 😄 Thanks to his sharp eyes and determination, we had amazing wildlife encounters and managed to see the Big Five. He also did his best to position the vehicle well for us to take great photos.
Joseph and Henry regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well, which made us feel very well taken care of.

Amazing Kenya adventure
We had a fantastic 18 day trip to Kenya in July 2026, organised by Josero Tours and Safaris and would highly recommend them.
From the start, Henry, our main point of contact at Josero, was very helpful and easy to deal with. Communication was good throughout the planning stage, and he made some great suggestions which helped us put together an itinerary that suited us perfectly.
We spent 10 nights on safari, visiting Samburu, the Masai Mara and Amboseli, with one-night stops at Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha. The choice of mid-range lodges and hotels was excellent, and everything was well organised. The itinerary gave us a great mix of different areas and wildlife experiences without ever feeling too rushed.
A special mention has to go to Robert, our driver and guide. He was excellent throughout the safari and really helped make the trip so memorable. He was particularly good at positioning the vehicle for the best wildlife sightings and photography opportunities, and his knowledge and experience were clear to see. We had some amazing sightings and managed to get some fantastic photographs.
After the safari, Josero also arranged a wonderful five-night stay in Watamu, which was the perfect way to relax and recover after all the early starts and busy days on safari. It was a great way to finish the holiday.
Overall, we were very happy with the service from Josero Tours. Everything was well organised, the communication was good, the accommodation choices were excellent for a mid-range safari, and having Robert as our guide was a real bonus.
We had an amazing time in Kenya and would definitely recommend Josero Tours to anyone looking to organise a safari and beach holiday. Five stars from us!

What an amazing trip that was!
We booked a trip of 14 days that took place in both Kenya and Tanzania and we enjoyed it all the way.
From the beginning with Henry from Josero tours the communication was perfect. Every questions we had was answered very quickly.
During the tour our 2 guides (David in Kenya and Thomas in Tanzania) were just the best. They had great knowledge of the parks, the wildlife, the culture ... and they were very good at giving us the best photo spots. They were very caring of our needs and always made sure we were okay and confortable.
Every accommodations were also good choices. The food was always great, the rooms were nice and every staff members made us feel welcomed.
We were lucky enough to see the big 5 and had so many special moments that are now going to be carved into our memories forever.
P.S. : Be prepared for a very bumpy ride hahahah

Unforgettable trip of a lifetime with Josero Tours!
I would highly recommend Josero Tours for anyone looking for an amazing safari experience, especially in Kenya or Tanzania. When I first started looking to book a safari in January, there were so many companies and it was very overwhelming. But then I found Josero Tours. Henry had great communication and was so helpful every step of the way. From the moment we met Henry and Charles (our safari guide) at the Nairobi airport, every part of our trip was seamless and the level of service was outstanding. Whether we were in a tented camp, lodge, or hotel, all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and made sure all our needs were met. Charles was an amazing guide for us throughout Kenya. He ensured we were comfortable, made sure we saw a plethora of animals, and taught us many things about the wildlife, people, and Kenya. Our Tanzanian guide, Nurui, was also wonderful. He was so kind and always in a good mood. He worked very hard to make sure we saw many different animals, that we were safe, and well taken care of. This was a trip of a lifetime and we are sad to leave Africa. As a mom traveling with her two young daughters, we felt perfectly safe everywhere we went and the guides always looked out for our well-being and enjoyment. Everything exceeded our expectations, so do not hesitate to book with Josero Tours for your Africa adventure. People make all the difference between a good trip and an exceptional trip and the people associated with Josero Tours are the best!

Helpful and friendly
I'd rate my experience overall as about 4.5 so rounding up. Given the chance, I would book the trip again as it was great at a very good price compared to the other quotes I received.
We booked a 12 day safari for my two kids (10 & 9) and I which covered Samburu, Ol Pejeta, Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, and Hell's gate.
Overall we were happy with camp selection which included Samburu Intrepids (our least favorite), Maisha Sweetwaters (our favorite), Mara Intrepids, and Lake Naivasha Sopa. See my Google reviews of each for more details.
Our guide was Charles and he did a great job driving and finding us all the animals (we saw the big five and lots more). He was good with the kids and very accommodating.
Henry helped us book the trip and was helpful in answering questions and making adjustments to the plan. Overall communication before and during the trip was fine.
The one thing I would change, and that I would have been willing to pay a bit more for, would be a vehicle with a better suspension. The one we were in was pretty rough and you felt every bump which there are so many. One day we took a balloon safari and got picked up in a similar model vehicle but the suspension was so much better and made the bumps much gentler. Additionally the drive between Ol Pajeta to Masai Mara was very long (over 11 hours) and bumpy. Having a nicer vehicle would have made it more pleasant but I would consider booking flights for this one transit.

Unforgettable Safari with Spectacular Guides, with Some Room for a few improvements.
We recently booked our honeymoon safari with Josero. While there were some bumps in the early planning stages, the moment we landed in Africa, the hospitality and service on the ground were wonderful, and we came away with incredible, lifelong memories. Judith, Henry and Moses were our first point of contact, very kind and helpful.

The absolute best part of our trip was the team on the ground. From our very arrival, everyone treated us so warmly, and communication was smooth throughout.
A massive thank you and a "big bravo" to our guides, Charles and Regan. They were truly amazing! proactive, attentive, respectful, and so knowledgeable. Thanks to their dedication, we had beautiful, memorable experiences every single day, and we absolutely loved our time with them. They are the true heart of this company!
Suggestions for Improvement:
While the trip itself turned out beautifully, there were a few logistical details during the planning and booking process that could have been handled a bit more smoothly:
-Pre-Trip Logistics & Communication: Early on, there was a bit of confusion regarding our itinerary and lodge/camp reservations. When original options were booked out, the initial alternatives offered didn't quite match the same level, so I ended up spending quite a bit of time researching comparable options myself. It all worked out perfectly in the end, but a bit more proactive management during the booking phase would have saved some stress.
-Honeymoon Special Touches: Because this was our honeymoon, we were hoping for a slightly more romantic or celebratory feel throughout the journey. Only two of the five lodges we stayed at acknowledged the special occasion with a small detail in the room, and we realized our guides hadn't been notified about it either. A little more internal communication about special milestones would go a long way!
-Vehicle Upkeep: One of the vehicles could have used a little extra maintenance, as the windows were quite difficult to slide open and close. This made capturing quick photos of the wildlife a bit tricky at times. That said, our guide was incredible and did everything he humanly could to fix it for us on the spot, which we deeply appreciated.
Final Thoughts:
In the end, the warmth and service we experienced in Africa made for a wonderful trip. Thanks to the spectacular care from Charles and Regan, it all came together beautifully. With just a bit more attention to the pre-planning logistics and special client milestones, Josero would be flawless.
