Excellent Service and an Amazing Safari Experience
Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Arzoni Africa Safaris. The team was very professional, responsive, and did their best to accommodate all of our requests. Everything was well arranged, and the entire safari experience was excellent from start to finish.
Our guide, James, was also fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made our safari experience even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely choose Arzoni Africa Safaris again for our next trip!
Very efficient and responsive
I love our safari trip. 10 days trip, tired but very exciting. Teddy is very responsive and helped us figure out all the bookings. All good rooms were confirmed as early as possible. Especially at Amboseli our room is directly facing Mount Kilimanjaro, which is amazing! Our guide and driver Simon is best of best! He is very experienced of positioning when big migration happened and he is super patient and responsible! His dedications brought our whole trip to the next level!

My trip to Masai mara and amboseli
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for making our trip to **Masai Mara and Amboseli** such an unforgettable experience\. 🤍
Everything was so well organized and made incredibly easy for us.
I traveled with three young children one of them was a baby so teddy was so thoughtful to arrange a crib and family tents for us
Also , i appreciated the patience with all my changes since i my parents agreed to come with us and we needed to be with them in the same lodge so we changed lodges last minute and teddy was incredibly cool and went straight to making the changes and giving me great options.
Also, i was short on babies daiper and I called teddy and he arranged for me some one to brings me daiper from a small town near by which I appreciate very much.
A very special thank you to Teddy for going above and beyond and making everything feel effortless and truly special. Your support and care made such a difference in our journey.

He was very kind and professional
I had a very great experience with Arzoni Africa safaris. The way they communicated with me was exceptional from the beginning before I even started the trip! I went to Tsavo East and Tsavo West national Park. I highly recommend visiting these parks as they are not congested and its so refreshing.

Complaint Regarding Mis-sold Luxury Package
I would like to share my perspective regarding the “luxury package” that was sold to us. I have attached a few photos from a much larger collection that document several of the issues my partner raised during the trip.
We appreciate the recent message stating that the compensation policy is being reviewed. However, this does not align with the responses we have been receiving via WhatsApp from the owner, who has not once apologised and instead accused us of being malicious simply for requesting the refund we believe we are entitled to.

Me personally setting up the picnic arrangements that were promised as part of the package.
The food placed at the back of the vehicle because the driver did not provide chairs or a table.
The condition of the car, despite being promised a replacement vehicle. We only received a different car for one drive, which came from another company.
A photo of the driver drinking in the evening and during the drives. We accepted this situation at the time because we had no immediate alternative.
Eventually, we decided to cancel the trip early and check into a different lodge. We escalated the matter to Arzoni; however, they do not appear to be taking full responsibility. The offer of USD 200 is far from adequate, considering that the park passes alone should account for a USD 400 refund, without even factoring in the other undelivered services and broken promises.
I have also attached screenshots of the conversation with the owner, who, instead of apologising and offering a reasonable refund, chose to blame us for the situation. This does not reflect acceptable customer service standards.
As a result, we escalated the issue to KATO. We were informed that the company is not registered with them, but they have stated they will pass the case to other relevant entities and associations to support our claim.
