Incredible Mikumi safari, saw every animal, thanks to our brilliant guide
Fantastic safari through Mikumi National Park - Sebastian’s knowledge of the park was outstanding, and we ended up spotting everything: elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and loads of birdlife. Great vehicle, well-paced game drives, and smooth logistics with transfers and even lunch!. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience Mikumi’s wildlife

Well-Organised, Reliable and Family-Friendly Safari Experience
We had a very good experience with Plex Africa Safaris on our family safari to Nyerere National Park. Communication with Edward before the trip was clear and responsive, and the team made a real effort to reorganise our itinerary when the original morning flight from Zanzibar was no longer available. Everything was coordinated reliably, including the flights, transfers, accommodation and safari activities.
Our guide, Joseph, was excellent. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable, and made the game drives enjoyable for both adults and children. We particularly appreciated that he took the time to explain what we were seeing and did not make the safari feel rushed. We had two full days of game drives, which gave us a very good opportunity to experience Nyerere and see a wide range of wildlife, as well as enjoy the landscape itself.
Overall, we felt the safari offered good value for money, particularly as it included return flights from Zanzibar, accommodation, meals, park fees, private game drives and the boat safari. The organisation was reliable from beginning to end, and Joseph contributed greatly to making the trip memorable for our family.
I would be happy to recommend Plex Africa Safaris, especially to families looking for a well-organised private safari from Zanzibar.

Unbelievably great experience
Was professional from start to finish
As with anything like this I had done my research but as always a little apprehensive
But didn’t need to be
The communication from day one set the tone

Picked up from the hotel in a nice comfy car
Dropped at airport where a rep met us and guided us to the gate
Picked up at the other side by a rep / tour guide who was the best in the business
Sebastian our guide new where to find the anninals and how to get the best views
He knew how to position himself and the vehicle to allow space for the animals but also get up close and personal
Thanks so much to Sebastian for all his animal knowledge and also to the team on WhatsApp for their clear communication

Wonderful
We had an amazing safari in Mikumi National Park with Sebastian and Emanuel! We saw so many animals, including several lions. Sebastian was an excellent guide with incredible knowledge and explained so much about every animal we encountered. Emanuel, who is currently in training, was also very friendly and a great addition to the experience. Everything was very well organized from start to finish. We had a fantastic day and would absolutely recommend them!

We had the best safari we could imagine with Plek Africa Safaris.
Me and my girlfriend went for a 2-day private safari. We had a very knowledgable, entertaining and fun tourguide. He was very dedicated to give us the best spots to see the animals. Everything was planned from the flights, to the tranfsers from and to the hotel, literally everything. We had absolutely no worries at all. We couldn’t wish for a better safari. The best safari experience
We had a really great time at the safari, Joseph our driver made everything to show us as much … we really enjoyed everything, from food , to time to each animal we were able to catch… was amazing the time, we did two days with two game drives , was perfect , an unforgettable experience!!!! Even food that he brought for us was delicious !

What a great experience!
We went to Nyerere National Park for our Tanzania safari trip! Refreshingly uncrowded and wild, it delivered incredible wildlife viewing, boat safaris, and an unforgettable bushwalk.
Experiencing the bush and tracking wildlife up close was the absolute highlight of the trip. Flawlessly organized by Plex and a must-visit for any true nature lover!
