They have everything planned so well that a truly successful safari was inevitable.
We were so happy with Josh Dreamland from beginning to end. We booked for our honeymoon and we were so surprised and impressed with all the special touches they provided throughout the safari. Consolata and the rest of the sales team are so responsive and available to questions. They made me feel so comfortable from the start. Our guide Juma was so skilled and he continued to impress us with his ability to get us so close to the animals. Juma provided us with lots of knowledge about the history, the landscape, the animals and so much more. We will be requesting him as our guide on our next safari. All the accommodations that Josh Dreamland picked for us were a pure delight. We received unmatched personalized service at it's finest. We were also very pleased with the food throughout the safari. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were above our expectations every single day. We walked away from our safari feeling like we received more value than what we paid for. Perfect organization and amazing safari!
We booked a 3 day safari with the family. It was perfectly organized by Elizabeth, especially because we flew in from zanzibar to serengeti. There our driver Leopold guided us for the next 3 days and showed us not only the big 5 but also many more, we really had the feeling we saw nearly every animal species in serengeti and ngorongoro, it was truly amazing! Also Leopold always provided us with information and had a perfect feeling to be at the right place in the right time to see everything! Thank you Elizabeth and Leopold for the amazing safari, we would recommend it to everyone!

Highly recommended
We just finished our 7 day safari trip, it was 10/10, the sales manager Consolata is super responsive and informative. We discussed the trip details for 10days, and she was always there to help! Our driver Ali is also very professional, I will give him a solid ten, we got to see Big Five and leopard hunting, which is very very rare to see! Hotels and food is also amazing, I don’t eat lamb and fish, the cook would make me beef and eggs! We even got hot water for shower in central Serengeti!!! Highlight is the river crossing, we stayed in the north for 2 days, and we got to see the wildebeest crossing three times! Highly recommended! Josh dreamland safari

Our 7-day safari with Josh and the Dreamland Safari team was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. This safari was a very special part of our honeymoon, and it ended up being one of the absolute highlights of our trip.
Planning a honeymoon with multiple vendors can be surprisingly challenging, with so many details and logistics to coordinate. Elizabeth was exceptional throughout the entire planning process. She was incredibly patient with all our questions, always responsive, and genuinely took the time to understand what we wanted. She also found creative ways to get us more for less, helping us build an amazing experience while staying within our budget. We really appreciated how much she cared about making the trip perfect for us.
And then there was Abouh, who was simply one of the best safari guides we could have asked for. His knowledge of the animals, the parks, and their behavior was incredible, but what impressed us most was his dedication, instincts, and passion. He always seemed to know where to go and when to be patient, and he worked tirelessly to make sure we had the best possible experience.
We were incredibly lucky to see the Big Five within our first two days, which was absolutely unbelievable. We also had the opportunity to experience the Great Migration. There were only a few crossings during our time there, but Abouh was incredibly patient and determined, doing everything he could to put us in the right place at the right time.
Over the full seven days, we saw an incredible amount of wildlife and experienced moments we will never forget. Beyond the wildlife itself, what made the safari so memorable was how much Abouh and Elizabeth genuinely cared about making our honeymoon special. They both went above and beyond, and we always felt like we were in the best hands.
If you’re considering a safari in Tanzania, we could not recommend Dreamland Safari more highly. And if you have the opportunity to have Abouh as your guide, you are in for something special — he truly is one of the best.

The best Tour organizer
We had an absolutely amazing safari with Josh Dreamland Safari and could not have been happier with the experience. From the organisation to the accommodations, everything was very well planned and ran smoothly throughout our six-day private safari.
A special highlight was our guide, Gifty. He was extremely friendly, calm, patient, and always solution-oriented. His knowledge of the wildlife was excellent—not only about the animals themselves, but also about where to find them. Thanks to his experience and persistence, we were lucky enough to see the Big Five, along with countless other animals.
What impressed us most was his flexibility. The Northern Serengeti and the river crossing were not originally part of our planned itinerary, which focused on the central Serengeti before continuing toward Ngorongoro. When we told Gifty that we really wanted to experience the famous wildebeest and Zebra river crossing, he went out of his way to make it possible. He took us all the way to the Northern Serengeti, and we were fortunate enough to witness the river crossing and a hunting of Zebra by a crocodile—an incredible experience and definitely one of the highlights of our entire trip.
The accommodations were also excellent, and we were very happy with the overall organisation and service. Everything felt well coordinated, while at the same time there was enough flexibility to adapt the safari to what we wanted to see.
We returned from the safari with incredible memories, amazing wildlife encounters, and a real appreciation for Tanzania. A huge thank you to Gifty and the whole Josh Dreamland Safari team. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania!

A once-in-a-lifetime experience — couldn’t recommend more highly
We booked this safari at very short notice, and from the very first message Elizabeth was incredibly fast, reliable and helpful — tailoring everything to our needs without missing a beat. That kind of responsiveness when you’re booking last-minute makes all the difference, and it set the tone for everything that followed.
Our guide Peter was simply a star. Knowledgeable, kind, attentive and genuinely excited about every single animal we encountered — his enthusiasm was completely contagious. He took us to all the right spots, always went the extra mile, and made us feel looked after throughout. We couldn’t have asked for better company across four days in the bush.
The lodges were beautifully chosen and each one was an experience in itself — from a luxury tent with an outdoor shower right in the bush, to a lodge near a Maasai village where we had dinner hosted outdoors under the stars. All were spotlessly clean with excellent food, and the picnic lunches at the park’s scenic spots were a highlight we didn’t expect.
Across three national parks we saw incredible wildlife up close — including all of the Big Five. The variety and proximity of the animals genuinely took our breath away.
For anyone hesitant about booking a safari — we understand the feeling, it can seem daunting — we can say with full confidence: this is a trustworthy, reliable and wonderfully organised operation. We were a couple travelling together and felt completely at ease from start to finish. We just leaned back and enjoyed every moment.
