An amazing trip with Serengeti Savanna Adventures!
We had a fantastic trip and look back on it with wonderful memories. Our driver and guide, Adrian, was excellent. He knew exactly where to find the wildlife and made our safari unforgettable.
We were also very happy with Erick. Whenever we wanted to change something in our itinerary, he was flexible, helpful, and arranged it for us. We really appreciated this personal approach.
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and highly recommend Serengeti Savanna Adventures. Thank you, Adrian and Erick, for such a wonderful trip!

A wonderful safari made unforgettable by our driver Jon

A perfectly organized safari with an exceptionally dedicated driver – highly recommended!
Our two-day safari with Serengeti Savanna Adventures from Zanzibar to mainland Tanzania was an all-around wonderful experience. From the airport pickup to our overnight stay at the lodge, everything ran smoothly. Thanks to the excellent organization, we did not have to worry about a thing and could simply relax and enjoy the trip.
If you have the opportunity to choose your driver: Ask for Jon! He is warm, funny, helpful, and incredibly patient. Right from the beginning, I asked him a thousand questions: What kind of hut is that? Why are people wearing those clothes? What is growing on that tree? Jon answered every question in detail and never made me feel as though I was asking too much. 😄
He was also immediately there for us in a difficult situation: When my boyfriend suddenly suffered from severe stomach problems, Jon accompanied him to a pharmacy and helped him find the right medication. On another occasion, we could only pay in cash but did not have any with us. Without hesitation, he stepped in and, trusting us completely, even treated us to a coffee. ❤️
Throughout the entire safari, I always felt safe with Jon. Some of the other safari vehicles drove very wildly and quickly, but Jon placed great importance on making sure we arrived safely. At the same time, he did everything he could to show us as many animals as possible. And he succeeded: We saw every animal we had hoped to see except a rhino!
What made the experience especially wonderful, however, was not only observing the animals but also spending time with Jon. We could laugh with him, stay curious, and share our impressions. The two days with him were simply fantastic.
Our conclusion: Serengeti Savanna Adventures is excellently organized, and Jon makes the safari an unforgettable experience through his patience, helpfulness, and great sense of humor. We would go on safari with him again at any time and recommend him without reservation! 🐘🦁

It was a very relaxing but thrilling experience.
Ben was amazing! He was accommodating to everything we wanted. He was patient and so fun to be around. We saw all big 5. The accommodation as part of the tour was amazing. They all accommodated for my gluten and dairy allergy and the food was great. Thanks for the amazing experience. 100% recommend.

He was very knowledgeable and easy going
Adding the Serengeti on the tour was very worth it, it’s so large. Tarangerine was very limited for time and wasn’t that worth it. The vehicle felt many bumps so just prepare for that. I was fine on it but just expect this.
All together it was super great and very worth it

Amazing service and good price
We had a great time with amazing service. From the pickup to the drop off everything was well planned. The accommodations were very good and the food was good as well.
The tour guide with us (Bernardi) was very knowledgeable, friendly and made sure we were on time to be able to see everything.
Overall a very good experience and would highly recommend.

Five stars from start to finish
After reading several 5 star reviews for Serengeti Savanna Adventures we decided to choose them for our 2 day safari. On initial contact Erick was very quick to respond and provided lots of information about the different safaris on offer. We decided where we wanted to go and where we wanted to stay overnight and Erick was great at providing the prices and a detailed itinerary on each days safari.
Every detail was covered and we were greeted by Erick himself at the airport on the day of the safari where he also introduced us to our amazing safari guide Mr Khalilu Munisi who was outstanding at spotting the animals and giving interesting facts about them which he acquired over twenty years.
Overall an amazing safari and I would definitely recommend them to everyone wanting a 5 star safari experience.

Amazing experience
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Serengeti Savanna Adventure and especially Eric, who helped me put together a truly unforgettable trip through Tanzania.
As a solo female traveler, feeling safe and looked after was very important to me, and Eric went above and beyond. He regularly called to make sure everything was going well, and even after I had left Tanzania, he contacted me to check that I’d had a good flight and was ready for my next connection. That level of personal care says so much about him and the way he runs his company.
My itinerary also changed quite a bit along the way! As I travelled, I started discovering what I really wanted to see and experience, so I added things, removed others, and changed plans several times. Eric was incredibly flexible and patient. Nothing ever seemed to be a problem he simply worked with me to make the trip exactly what I wanted it to be.
Another huge highlight was my guide, Nassir. Since I was travelling alone, it was just the two of us, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to share this adventure with. He was respectful, knowledgeable, patient and so much fun. Even after very long safari days, we would have dinner or breakfast together, laugh, talk and share stories.
What made the experience particularly special was that Nassir took me beyond the typical tourist route. I had the opportunity to see places that very few tourists visit and experience parts of everyday Tanzanian life that most visitors never get to see. Those moments became some of my favourite memories of the entire trip.
By the end, Nassir and I had gotten to know each other so well that I truly believe I left Tanzania with a friend for life.
Serengeti Savanna Adventure didn’t simply organize a safari for me they helped create one of the most memorable experiences of my life. I felt safe, cared for and free to shape the journey as I went.
I left Tanzania already thinking about coming back. Hopefully next year I’ll return with friends and explore some of the places I simply didn’t have enough time to visit this year.
Thank you, Eric, Nassir and Serengeti Savanna Adventure. This truly was the trip of a lifetime.
Outstanding Tour and good Organisation
Very well organized tour. The parks are excellent and the density of wildlife is outstanding. The accommodation was great. The lunch however felt very basic considering that this was sold as a luxury tour.
Our guide and driver did an excellent job, very good spotting of animals and provided us with lots of information while also providing us time and silence to experience amazing animal encounters.
