A Once-in-a-Lifetime Safari Experience – Absolutely Unforgettable! 🦁🐘
We have just returned from the most incredible 3-day, 2-night safari in Tanzania with Serengeti Silence, and we honestly cannot recommend this experience enough!
From start to finish, everything was absolutely fantastic, but what truly made our trip so special was our wonderful driver and guide, Sanare!
Sanare collected us from our starting point and took us on an unforgettable adventure through the Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Along the way, we enjoyed plenty of stops, lovely conversations and fascinating information about Tanzania, its wildlife and local culture. His knowledge was incredible, and we learned so much throughout our journey. He was also extremely friendly, patient and flexible. Whenever we wanted to stop for photographs, admire the scenery or simply take in the moment, nothing was ever too much trouble.
One of the biggest highlights of our trip was being lucky enough to see all of the Big Five! 🦁🐘🦏🐆🐃 This was something we had always dreamed of experiencing, and it certainly did not disappoint!
Sanare was extremely professional and clearly very experienced. He knew exactly how to approach the wildlife safely and respectfully, while still allowing us to get as close as possible for the most incredible views and photographs. We felt completely safe and comfortable in his hands throughout the entire trip.
The accommodation was equally wonderful! We spent one night camping in the heart of the Serengeti and another night at beautiful accommodation approximately an hour outside Ngorongoro National Park. Both places exceeded our expectations and made the entire experience even more memorable.
Everything was so well organised, with delicious lunches provided during our safari days and plenty of bottled water available whenever we needed it. All the little details were taken care of, allowing us to completely relax and enjoy every moment.
This truly was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us, and we have made memories that we will treasure forever. While seeing the incredible wildlife and breathtaking landscapes was amazing, it was Sanare who really made this trip unforgettable. His kindness, enthusiasm, knowledge and genuine passion for what he does made such a difference.
We cannot thank Sanare and Serengeti Silence enough for such a wonderful adventure. We have already been telling our friends and family about it and would recommend this experience to anyone visiting Tanzania.
If you are considering booking a safari, do it! And if you are lucky enough to have Sanare as your guide, you are in for an incredible experience!

Amazing Safari!
We had an amazing safari and an unforgettable experience! Everything was very well organized, and we got to see an incredible variety of wildlife, including elephants, hippos, hyenas, leopards, lions, and even cheetahs. The accommodations and food were also excellent. It was a fantastic experience that we would definitely recommend!

If we had to describe our safari with Serengeti Silence in one word, it would be “wonderful!”
We booked a four-day private safari for our honeymoon, and the price was reasonable and offered great value for money. Our guide(barnabas
) was friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable. Whenever we spotted animals, he explained their behavior and shared interesting facts, making the experience even more enjoyable.
We were especially impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of the routes and wildlife viewing areas. Thanks to his experience and effort, we were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five! Watching these animals in their natural habitat was unforgettable.
The hot-air balloon safari over the Serengeti was another highlight. The breakfast afterward, with a honeymoon celebration, singing, and cake cutting, made the morning extra special.

A Lifetime of Memories
We had a fabulous experience. A lifetime of memories. And Geoffrey was responsible for making it great. He made sure we were all comfortable and safe including my 92 yr old mother. We got to see the big 5 and so much more. He asked each of us what animals we wanted to see and made it happen. He was very knowledgeable and told us so much about each animal, the parks and the environment. He was kind, helpful and personable. I would be so happy to have him as our guide again.

This Tanzania safari was an experience that far exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were excellent, and the overall itinerary and travel routes were well-planned, allowing us to enjoy the trip without any inconvenience.
Above all, the most memorable part of the trip was our guide, Deo. As a Korean couple who aren't very talkative, we might have felt awkward constantly conversing with a stranger, but Deo adapted perfectly to our personalities. He provided kind explanations when needed without ever being intrusive or overbearing, making us feel completely at ease throughout the journey. We were truly grateful for such thoughtful consideration.
His skills as a guide were also impressive. He had a deep understanding of the Serengeti’s terrain, as well as the animals' habitats and migration patterns, allowing him to track them down with great expertise. Thanks to this, we could secure prime viewing spots before other vehicles arrived and quickly spot a wide variety of wildlife, seeing so many animals in a short amount of time. He managed the schedule efficiently, minimizing unnecessary travel and allowing us to make the most of every moment.
Since the safari involved long hours in the vehicle, driving was a crucial factor, and Deo drove both safely and smoothly. This allowed us to enjoy the safari comfortably without feeling fatigued or anxious during the drives.
We were especially grateful on the last day; our schedule was tight due to our flight time, but Deo accommodated us by starting the day at the crack of dawn. We could really feel that he cared about ensuring we had the richest possible experience right up to the very last moment. I would also like to commend Charles, with whom I communicated via WhatsApp before and after the tour. He was incredibly kind and prompt in answering every inquiry, which gave me confidence throughout the entire process—from preparation to the end of the trip. Overall, I was very satisfied with both the customer service and the tour operations.
If I were to offer one small suggestion for improvement, it concerns the need to visit the tour company’s headquarters on the first day just to pick up our packed lunches. Personally, I think it would be much more convenient if the guide could have the lunches ready beforehand—even if it meant a slightly later departure time—so we could head straight into the safari itinerary.
Aside from that, it was a truly flawless and satisfying trip!
I would confidently recommend this experience to any Korean newlyweds. Traveling with a guide like Deo—who is highly skilled and incredibly attentive—ensures that a safari in unfamiliar Africa becomes a comfortable and truly enjoyable memory.

We are a Korean couple who are both rather quiet and not particularly talkative. Deo understood our personalities so well and knew exactly how to make us feel comfortable. He was friendly and approachable without being overly talkative or making us feel pressured to engage in conversation. We really appreciated how considerate he was and how naturally he adapted to our personalities. It made the entire experience so relaxing and enjoyable.
We were also incredibly impressed by Deo’s knowledge and professionalism as a safari guide. He knew the Serengeti’s terrain and the areas where different animals were likely to be found exceptionally well. Thanks to his experience and excellent instincts, we were often able to spot amazing wildlife before other vehicles arrived. He also planned our routes very efficiently, helping us make the most of our time without unnecessary driving. We got to see so many incredible animals, and it was clear how much his expertise contributed to the experience.
His driving was another huge plus. He drove extremely safely and smoothly, making even long journeys comfortable and stress-free. We always felt safe and relaxed throughout the safari.
We were especially grateful that he made such an early start on our final day because we had a tight flight schedule. Despite the early start, he went out of his way to help us enjoy as much of our final safari as possible. We truly appreciated his flexibility and consideration!
We would also like to give a special mention to Charles, who communicated with us throughout the entire process via WhatsApp. He was always very kind, responsive, and quick to answer our questions. The communication and organization from start to finish were excellent.
If we had to suggest just one small area for improvement, it would be the stop at the tour company’s office on the first day to collect our packed lunch. We think it would be more convenient if the guide could simply bring the lunch along, even if that meant starting the safari a little later. This would make the first day’s journey more straightforward and efficient.
Other than that, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
