This was our first time in Tansania. We found the website of Serengeti Silence in Internet and although we were not familiar with the company, we did not regret booking with them even for a second! First, our contact person Diana was always there for us to guide us, immediately responding to all our wishes, worries and problems. Big thank you, Diana! Everything was excellently arranged, in all accommodations the people were very friendly, even spoiling us! We were assigned to a extremely knowledgeable and friendly guide Champion (many big thanks to you too, Champion!). He was always in contact with other colleagues during the game drive knowing where exactly to bring us, so we saw so many species, even the difficult ones as the serval. If anyone wants to see more birds - Champion is you guide. I highly recommend to everyone the Serengeti Silence and Champion for your safari trip in Tanzania.

Very personal service
Preparations for our safari were made very easy by the organisation always reacting within minutes to every question or worry we had. The safari itself was an extraordinary experience. Our extremely knowledgeble guide Champion showed pstience when we wanted to dwell on all the spots he showed us and certainly not only to spot the big five but also to observe the large numbers of birds and other smaller species. an unforgetable journey!

An Unforgettable Safari Experience with Serengeti Silence
We booked our Tanzania safari with Serengeti Silence in October 2025 for a January 2026 trip, and it exceeded all our expectations.
From the start, Emmy made the entire planning process seamless. She communicated with us primarily via WhatsApp and was incredibly flexible with our requests. We initially planned to travel with 3-4 people but ended up going as a couple. We also requested more budget-friendly accommodations, and Emmy accommodated every change without any issues. The final itinerary was beautifully presented as an online program with all necessary details clearly outlined.
Our experience began perfectly—we were picked up at the airport as promised, even though we arrived in the middle of the night. After resting at a lovely lodge in Arusha, we met our tour guide Amini, who turned out to be absolutely exceptional. His eagle eye spotted the Big Five for us, and incredibly, we even saw rare cheetahs! These were truly unforgettable moments.
The Serengeti was the highlight of our trip. We stayed at a tented camp where the staff welcomed us with such warmth and even sang for us several times—it brought tears to our eyes.
Even after the safari, Emmy’s service continued. We had accidentally left our Birkenstock sandals in Arusha, and she arranged for us to collect them at the airport before our departure.
Tanzania will hold a special place in our hearts. We long to see the Serengeti again and would be delighted to meet Amini once more. We wholeheartedly recommend Serengeti Silence for an authentic, well-organized safari experience.

Great service and organisation
Serengeti Silence made our safari hassle free. The organiser Emmy was great, and our guide Domi always went the extra mile to get as close as safely possible to all the animals ensuring the perfect shot. Thank you Domi and thank you Emmy!

Trip to Ndutu and Ngorongoro Crater
My brother and I did a four day trip with Serengeti Silence. Our driver and guide Barnabas was excellent. Very attentive, taking us to see lots of amazing wildlife and very cheerful and friendly. Highly recommended. The company and accommodation were both excellent and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend this company.

Deo: knowledgable and very easy to get on with
We did 3 days of Safari with our package - two full days and two half days. We explored Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro and Southern Serengeti. From the moment we contacted Serengeti Silence they were extremely helpful - answering promptly and honestly any questions we had. They were so helpful in helping us plan our overall trip and accommodating to our travel times. I found the cost of the safari to be similar to others if not slightly better for what we got. They are very active in helping you plan your safari for your budget.
Once we arrived in Tanzania our guide Deo was ready for us. Deo was extremely friendly and considerate. He was always very forthcoming with information about all the animals, plants and life in the safari in general. We never felt uncomfortable at any point. It has been an incredible trip and one we won’t forget. I definitely recommend Serengeti Silence and Deo as your guide!

Our tour operator Deo was exceptional — knowledgeable, professional, calm, and clearly very experienced. He made the entire safari smooth and unforgettable, always ensuring we were comfortable and well looked after while sharing incredible insight into the wildlife and the Serengeti itself.
A special thank you as well to Diane at reception, who liaised closely with my wife throughout the booking process. Communication was excellent, clear, and reassuring from day one, which made planning the trip completely stress-free.
Everything was well organised, punctual, and exceeded our expectations. The experience itself was unforgettable and something we’ll remember for the rest of our lives.

Value for the money and reliable tour operator with EXCELLENT guide
Serengeti Silence arranged a private safari 4D3N for us ( a couple from China). We had a wonderful safari experience which exceeded my expectations. Before we chose, we had been communicating with several tour operators face to face in Arusha. Luckily we chose Serengeti Silence because of their services, value for the money. The most surprise to us was: we got a great guide Justin who we would like to rank super 5 star. He is patient, considerate, knowledgeable, always find a good place and timing for us to take photos. With his prediction, we took a great video on the whole procedure of lion successfully hunting a baby wildebeest. Strongly recommend Justin as your guide if you choose Serengeti Silence

The tour was amazing and I would recommend it to everyone!
Our 5-day safari was absolutely unforgettable. We visited several different national parks and were incredibly lucky to see all of the Big Five, which was a true highlight of the trip.
Our driver and guide Simon was outstanding and truly made this safari special. He did adapt perfectly to our wishes and needs. He has an exceptional eye for spotting animals and always went the extra mile to make sure we had the best possible safari experience. His knowledge and kindness made every game drive both informative and enjoyable. We felt very well taken care of at all times.
The accommodations were beautiful and well chosen, and the food was consistently good. We were also very impressed with the organization: the company, especially Francisca, supported us excellently during the planning process and worked closely with us to create a safari tailored to our preferences.
Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. We would book a safari with this agency again anytime and can highly recommend them, especially with a driver like Simon.
