Utukufu: tailored safari experiences and incredible service
Utukufu travel has been a great service for our first trip to Tanzania! Utukufu travel was incredibly flexible and catered to our exact needs for how we liked our trip to be planned. Exaudy, the managing director was quick to reply to our questions and provided great hospitality; we were warmly greeted by him and his team when we landed. We were well taken care of by Utukufu when we hiked Mt.Kilimanjaro and even more so on our safari trip afterwards. We were lucky to have a very experienced safari driver along with Exaudy, whom both have wealth of knowledge and years of experiences as guides that allowed us to see all the animals (The Big 5 & more). Exaudy is a very responsible, professional, and driven guide aside being the company director, making our first safari trip an unforgettable experience! 10/10 highly recommend Utukufu and Exaudy. We would definitely want to continue to use their services for other countries like Kenya and Uganda for our next trip!

Utukufu travel has been amazing from the moment we landed to the end of our journey. We were well taken care of by our guides on Mt.Kilimanjaro as well as our safari trip with the managing director, Exaudy, as our main guide. The attention to detail and hospitality of Utukufu travel has been nothing but the best. It was my first time to Tanzania and Utukufu made the experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this travel company and will continue with this agency to other countries like Uganda and Kenya for my future trips! Exaudy is very knowledgeable and friendly, which only made our trip even better, 10/10!

The most efficient, effective, reliable , trustworthy and enjoyable tour operator - simply the best!
Operations Manager, Exaudy Samuel of Utukufu Travels & Adventures provided a customized tour for 16 days, combining two separate tours of the Mountain Gorillas of Uganda and many excursions onto the Serengeti savanna, usually a separate Tanzania tour. As we are from Western Canada, we wished to experience the two separate areas, making our longer trip more worthwhile. He provided a mid-range priced adventure and with the aid of his expert drivers and guides he was able to deliver a viewing of literally every animal in the two countries. As the list would be too long, I can say that every two hours or so we came upon a lion pride for close up viewing, one of the many herds that we wished to see or single cheetahs or leopards and more. In Uganda, under his direction we hung-out with two different gorilla families, photographing them as we wished.

We had an incredible experience booking our Tanzania safari trip with Exaudy. From the very beginning, everything was organised seamlessly and with ease, making our holiday completely stress-free.
Exaudy arranged our entire itinerary and booked all of our accommodation, and every place we stayed exceeded our expectations (we even wish we stayed extra days). The accommodation was beautiful, the service at each location was exceptional, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into selecting each stay.
Our flight into Kilimanjaro was significantly delayed until the early hours of the morning, but despite the late arrival, Exaudy was there waiting for us with a warm smile and a genuine welcome. It was a very comforting way start to our trip after a long journey.
What really stood out was Exaudy's communication and attention to detail throughout the entire trip. He would check in to make sure everything was going smoothly and was available if we needed anything.
I can confidently say, Exaudy went above and beyond for us. If you're planning a trip to Tanzania, I couldn't recommend Exaudy highly enough. His professionalism, organisation, and hospitality made our holiday truly unforgettable.

Professional and exciting experience
I really loved the enthusiasm and the whole experience with the safari. We got to see the big five and got to know a lot about the animals in Tanzania. The communication with the guides were very good, and we were very happy with the activities, food and company. An Excellent Safari Experience
I had a wonderful safari with Exaudy of Utukufu Travels and Adventures. Being my second safari, I was unsure if it could be better than the first, but it far exceeded.
Exaudy, and his drivers/guides, extensive knowledge of the African animals and countryside ensured that we had many fantastic sightings and up close views of the animals! Within the first couple of days we got to see the Big 5!
The unique cultural experiences Exaudy incuded only added to the enjoyment of the trip. He ensured that each and every one in the group got to experience a truly exciting trip.
The accommodations were comfortable, the food was good, and the drivers were amazing in their ability to navigate bad roads with care. I especially appreciated their immediate assistance to another tour group's breakdown we passed in the middle of no where.
After spending 8 days with Exaudy and his team we were all sad to be leaving our new found friends. They were very professional, but also kind and pleasant to travel with. We had so much fun together!
I highly recommend Utukufu Travels for a high-quality and rewarding safari experience! I hope to one day do another safari with Exaudy.
