Amazing 5-day Safari with so friendly and experienced Guides
We have made a 5-day Safari with Telly Africa Safaris. The communication and booking was easy done. They wanted to create the perfect individual safari for us. The communication was via WhatsApp and Happy Mukas has arranged everything for us.
We started in Zanzibar and we're picked up at our accommodation to go to the airport. We flew to the northern Serengeti and met our first safari guide Nestor. He was very friendly and we started the first game drive right away. Nestor is a very good driver and had so much information about the animals. We have seen a lot of animals and also very rare ones like Leopard.
After our 3rd day we had to change our safari guide and met Omar. Omar was also really friendly and funny. He also was a very good driver and knows a lot about the wildlife. He drives us to places where we could enjoy the animals by ourselves.
The accommodations and the food during the safari was really good and tasty.
After the 5 days we went to the airport again and back to Zanzibar to our new hotel.
All in all Telly did a great job and we really can recommend them.

Good communication, helpful and reliable.
We had an amazing safari in the Serengeti. We really wanted to see the Great Migration, and our wonderful guide, Simba, made it possible. He did everything he could to give us the best possible experience and show us as much as possible.
We stayed in lovely tented camps, which made the experience even more special. Communication before our trip was also clear and well organised.
We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this safari.

Habibo – An Exceptional Guide Who Made My Safari Unforgettable
Habibo was truly one of the highlights of my safari experience. He is an extremely competent, experienced, kind, and attentive guide who genuinely cares about his guests and their experience.
Since I chose a shared safari, I was travelling with another tour operator, and we stayed in four different accommodations across the Serengeti. Despite moving between different areas and lodges, Habibo knew the roads and routes extremely well and managed every transfer smoothly and without any issues. His knowledge of the Serengeti is truly impressive.
What impressed me the most was his incredible intuition when it comes to wildlife. He seemed to have a sixth sense for knowing where the animals were and where the best opportunities could be found. Thanks to his experience, patience, and excellent knowledge of the parks, I was lucky enough to see all of the Big Five during my safari.
Thanks to Habibo's knowledge and experience, we were also able to witness the Great Migration three different times!
The last crossing was particularly unforgettable. Habibo had a feeling that there might be another crossing happening in a different area, so he suggested that we move to another location. His instinct was absolutely right. We arrived at the perfect moment, and incredibly, we were the only vehicle there to witness this amazing crossing. It was one of the most extraordinary moments of my entire safari, and it would not have happened without Habibo's experience and intuition.
I also had the opportunity to explore Lake Manyara and the Ngorongoro Crater with Habibo. He was just as knowledgeable and attentive in these areas, sharing interesting information about the wildlife, landscapes, and local environment. His explanations made the experience much more enriching, and I really appreciated how he took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was enjoying every moment.
Beyond his skills as a guide, Habibo is also very kind, friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. He was always attentive to my needs and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire safari. He was also very respectful of the animals and the environment, which made the experience even more special.
Habibo didn't simply drive me around the parks — he truly enriched the entire experience with his knowledge, passion, and dedication. His ability to read the environment, understand animal behavior, and make the right decisions at the right time made my safari even more extraordinary.
I would highly recommend Habibo to anyone looking for an exceptional safari guide. If you have the opportunity to have him as your guide, you are in very good hands. He helped turn an already amazing safari into an unforgettable and truly extraordinary experience.

Amazing Safari with Telly
So glad we chose Telly for our safari. We specifically wanted to go for the Great Migration and wanted to add more time in Northern Serengeti and Telly was able to customize our itinerary for us, including flying in from Zanzibar but flying out of Arusha
Catherine was highly responsive to all of our questions from booking through arrival, and David our your guide was highly knowledgeable and able to get us incredible views of all of the animals

Amazing 1-Day Fly-in Safari from Zanzibar to Mikumi
My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience with Telly Tours. From the first contact until we arrived back at our hotel, everything was easy and perfectly organized.
We contacted Telly Tours directly and Catherine was incredibly friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions beforehand and contacted us again the day before the safari to go through everything with us. This gave us a really good feeling.
We were picked up directly at our hotel reception at 4:30 AM and brought back at around 7:00 PM. Our flights were at 6:45 AM and 4:00 PM. Everything worked smoothly and we never had to worry about anything.
The safari itself was fantastic! We saw so many different animals and had a really great day in Mikumi National Park. The lunch buffet was also surprisingly good.
We also compared prices with other safari companies and Telly Tours offered a very good price.
There is honestly nothing negative we can say. Everything was uncomplicated, well organized and exactly as promised.
A big thank you to Catherine and the whole Telly Tours team! We would definitely recommend them and would book with them again. 🐘🦁🦒

An unforgettable day in Mikumi – simply amazing!
Our one-day private safari in Mikumi National Park was an absolutely unforgettable experience and definitely the highlights of our holiday on Zanzibar!
We saw lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, gazelles, impalas, hippos, crocodiles and many more animals – some of them incredibly close. Seeing these beautiful animals in the wild was simply breathtaking. The attached pictures of the safari speak for themselves.
A huge thank you to our fantastic guide Jonathan! He is an excellent driver, knows Mikumi extremely well and always seemed to know where to find the animals. On top of that, he shared so much interesting information about the wildlife with us. We couldn’t have wished for a better guide!
The whole organisation by Telly African Safaris was excellent too. From the booking process to the information before our trip and the support throughout, everything was professional and perfectly organised. Special thanks to Catherine Mchau for taking such good care of us.

Outstanding
I booked a fly-in, fly-out safari with Telly Africa for my 30th birthday, and from the very beginning, the communication with Glory was exceptional. From providing the initial quotes to checking in and making sure everything was okay throughout my trip, she went above and beyond.
Everything on the trip ran like clockwork and was incredibly well organised. My transfers by Tariq to and from the airport were punctual, comfortable and seamless, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. The accommodation was of a very high standard, with friendly and welcoming staff throughout.
A special mention has to go to my guide, Athuman, whose knowledge, passion and incredible spotting skills made the safari truly unforgettable. His ability to spot wildlife that I would never have seen myself made every game drive so exciting, and he went above and beyond to make sure I had the best possible experience.
This trip was a very special one for me as it was to celebrate my 30th birthday, and Telly Africa completely exceeded all of my expectations. It was an experience I will never forget and one I would highly recommend to anyone looking to experience Tanzania.
