An Unforgettable Safari Experience with Sereland Safaris!
We had an absolutely amazing experience with Sereland Safaris and couldn’t recommend them enough!
Essay was incredibly helpful throughout the entire booking process. He was always available to answer all our questions, provide information, and make sure everything was organized smoothly before our arrival in Tanzania. His responsiveness and support made the whole planning process stress-free.
Once on site, we were lucky to have Baraka as our guide, and he was truly outstanding! He was knowledgeable, passionate, and dedicated to making our safari experience unforgettable. Thanks to him, we were able to see the Big Five up close, which was an incredible and unforgettable experience. His expertise and ability to spot wildlife made every moment special.

Incredible experience made even better by an incredible guide
We had the most incredible experience with Sereland Safari and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Tanzania! From start to finish, everything was so well organised, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
Our safari experience was made even more special by our guide, Baraka. He was absolutely fantastic — incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about wildlife, and always going above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. His expertise and ability to spot animals were truly impressive, and getting to see the Big Five was a highlight we will never forget. We learned so much from him and felt so lucky to have him as our guide!
The accommodations throughout our safari were also wonderful, offering beautiful places to relax and recharge after each day of exploring. Everything was thoughtfully organised, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience without having to worry about the logistics.

Great knowledge on siting views
Vincent was great. Prompt in taking us to different locations for good siting locations to see different animals doing different things. We saw a cheetah and the cubs eating an animal. We also saw two lions eating an animal. We saw an elephant and its calf taking bath and lions’ mating. We saw a whole lot of wilder beats migrating across the river. In between, we even saw some of them being grabbed by the crocodiles in the middle of their crossing. We saw different kinds of animals like doing different things. It was a wonderful experience. The landscapes were very beautiful. The sunset views are very unique in Serengeti National Park.

We went on a 4-day tour as a couple. Our guide, Ikram—though young—was not only very kind and knowledgeable, but also spoke excellent Italian; he was cheerful and always had a smile on his face. We highly recommend him to Italian tourists! Furthermore, our driver, Janwary, demonstrated his extensive experience and professionalism, keeping a sharp eye on the terrain and always managing to find the perfect spot to observe and photograph the animals.

Great experience in just 2 days!
We booked an overnight safari. Within just two hours, we had already spotted three of the "Big Five" along with many other animals. Our guide, Linah Mushi, went out of her way to ensure we saw as much as possible during these two days—visiting the Serengeti on the first day and the Ngorongoro Crater on the second. We were also lucky enough to see eleven lions, including cubs, right next to the road early in the morning. The overnight camp (Dove Serengeti) was unique—it had everything needed for a great safari. By the end of the two days, we had ticked off the "Big Five" as well as countless other animals. Thank you!
An Unforgettable Safari with Tobby
We had a wonderful time with our guide and driver, Tobby. He showed us around several parks, and his experience really shone through. He listened carefully to what we wanted to see and tailored the safari to our wishes. Thanks to God, we got to see lots of animals! We highly recommend this experience.

Great experience for us!
We compared several safari companies before making our decision, and Sereland Africa Safaris stood out from the beginning. They provided the clearest overview of what to expect and had already prepared a detailed itinerary for us to review before booking.
The booking process was also incredibly smooth. Every question we had was answered extremely quickly, usually within just 1–10 minutes.
When our safari started, our guide, John Boma, came to pick us up. It was immediately clear that John is a very experienced guide. He explained what we could expect over the next few days and made it clear that if we wanted to change anything along the way, he would take care of it.
We had a private safari, which made the whole experience very flexible. Throughout the days, we could decide when we wanted to eat, how long we wanted to stay somewhere, and whether there were any particular animals or places we still wanted to see.
John knew every national park we visited incredibly well and always seemed to know exactly where to take us to find the action. During our three-day safari, we saw more wildlife than I could ever have hoped for!
Throughout the trip, I jokingly kept giving John new “challenges” by naming rare or special animals we wanted to see next – and somehow, he always managed to find them. Among many other animals, we saw five huge rhinos, three male lions, several giraffes, and enormous elephants together with their young. It was incredible.
The meals during the safari were also handled very professionally. Compared with other groups we saw, the difference was noticeable. We always had a beautiful table setting and a proper warm meal. I didn’t see any other groups having the same kind of warm, multi-course meals that we had. The food was always excellent and clearly prepared with respect for local flavours and traditions.
We stayed both nights at Ikumbi Lodge, which was also an excellent choice. The staff were extremely welcoming and the food was fantastic. I would definitely recommend staying there.
Overall, I can warmly recommend Sereland Africa Safaris, and especially John Boma. He genuinely cared about making the safari a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us, and he absolutely succeeded.
Although, calling it “once in a lifetime” might not be completely accurate – because after this experience, we will definitely be coming back!

Big Five Safari
Absolutely fantastic experience with Sereland Africa Safaris! Leonard was very helpful and responsive throughout the planning, and everything worked perfectly once we arrived in Tanzania. Our guide was excellent, the accommodations were beautiful, and the game drives in the Serengeti were simply unforgettable. I felt very well taken care of throughout the entire trip. I would definitely choose Sereland again and can highly recommend them!

An unforgettable safari with a truly personal touch
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Sereland Africa Safaris on our 8-day honeymoon safari. From beginning to end, the service was exceptional and played a huge part in making our trip truly unforgettable.
Our decision to travel with a private guide was made quite last minute (and I can't stress enough how good of a decision this was!!), and we had already booked all of our hotels independently. Despite this, Mike, the owner, was incredibly helpful and accommodating from the very beginning. He was always available when we had questions and took the time to review our plans, making several excellent suggestions on how we could improve our route and make the most of our time on safari. His flexibility and responsiveness made organizing everything remarkably easy.
One of the things we particularly appreciated about Sereland is that it is a smaller, 100% Tanzanian company. Compared with some of the larger safari operators, the whole experience felt much more personal. At no point did we feel like we were simply "one more tourist" following a standard package. Instead, we felt that Mike and the team genuinely cared about our trip and about making it as memorable as possible. For a special occasion like our honeymoon, that personal touch made a real difference.
Our guide, Mr. Rama, was simply outstanding. With more than 25 years of experience, his expertise was evident every single day. He is an incredible driver, which makes a huge difference when spending many hours on safari and navigating some challenging roads, but what impressed us even more was his extraordinary knowledge of the parks, wildlife, and different habitats.
Mr. Rama seemed to know exactly where to go and how to make the most of every game drive. His experience, combined with his knowledge of animal behavior and the environment, added so much depth to everything we saw. We didn't just see incredible wildlife (big 5, big 9, you name it...), we also learned a tremendous amount along the way.
Looking back, choosing Sereland and having a private guide was one of the best decisions we made for our honeymoon. The combination of Mike's personal attention and flexibility and Mr. Rama's extraordinary experience made the entire safari feel special from start to finish.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Sereland Africa Safaris to anyone looking for a safari that feels personal, authentic, and thoughtfully organized rather than like a one-size-fits-all package.

An Unforgettable Safari Experience with Sereland Africa Safaris
I honestly don’t have enough words to describe this experience. It was definitely one of the most incredible things we have ever experienced.
What made it even more magical was our guide, John Boma. Without John, our safari simply wouldn’t have been the same. He took care of everything to make sure we were comfortable throughout the entire safari and that we had everything we needed.
He was extremely careful and professional, especially when driving off-road, and incredibly attentive to the animals we were most interested in seeing. Whenever we mentioned a particular animal we wanted to see, he would do his best to find them and give us the opportunity to see them.
Beyond the safari itself, John was also incredibly knowledgeable and patiently answered every question and curiosity we had about Tanzania. We learned so much from him along the way, which made the experience even more special.
The picnic was also one of the highlights of the experience. Everything was very thoughtfully prepared, from the selection of the food to the way it was served. The team was extremely attentive, and we never felt hungry throughout the entire safari.
The safari vehicle was also very well equipped, with a table at the front, binoculars, a dedicated space for water, and a cooler stocked with water, Coca-Cola and other drinks. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to make the experience as comfortable as possible.
If we ever come back for another safari, there would be no question about choosing John from Sereland Africa Safaris as our guide again.
