Lovely safari experience!
We had a great time on safari with Edwin (4 days, Maasai Mara) - the organisation and communication was 5 stars, both before the safari and afterwards. The team took good care of us with the pickup, preparations and the drop-off at the end, coming to say goodbye to us. It was a private safari which was well priced, so also great value for money. We really appreciated our guide, and his expertise. He was very respectful of the animals, some other drivers/cars we saw in the park were more intrusive to the animals, so we really appreciated that. The only thing is that if you want a very chatty and entertaining driver, that was not the case, he was more serious and quiet but we got along very nicely and we were really happy - he always drove us to any animal we wanted to see, and gave us great wildlife sightings. We trusted him a lot. We also loved the Endeem camp just on the edge of the Mara, and enjoyed meeting the local community. Thank you to all the of the team for the unforgettable experience!

A great experience, starting from planning the trip with Peter adjusted the itinerary to our needs, always being responsive. Our guide George was amazing! Great People Made This Trip Even Better
This was our first safari in Africa, and we’re really happy we chose Edwin Safari!
We booked a private 6-day tour for three people, covering from Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru and ended with two-day Masai Mara. I think the company did a great job planning the route. We got to experience different landscapes and see a great variety of wildlife along the way. Naivasha and Nakuru were definitely worth including in the itinerary.
The accommodation was another highlight. All the lodges were 4- to 5-star quality, with comfortable rooms and really enjoyable restaurants. Most importantly, we stayed inside the parks, which made the game drive experience easier. We were very happy with all the arrangements.
Our guide Jack was fantastic! He’s very experienced, always on time, and knows his way around the parks. We also noticed how friendly he was with other guides everywhere we went, which was really nice to see. We felt very comfortable and safe traveling with him for the whole trip.
We had some trouble with flight delays and delayed luggage at the beginning of our journey, but the team was very flexible and helped us adjust the arrangements. That really took a lot of stress off us, especially since it was our first time visiting Kenya. We got to meet Peter and Edwin when we got out of Nairobi airport.
What I also appreciated was that before they took us to the airport on the last day, Peter also came to meet us in Nairobi shopping mall because he wanted to hear how our trip went and if there was anything they could improve. It’s a small thing, but it says a lot about how much they care about their guests.
Overall, we felt very well taken care of from beginning to end. I believe a company that takes feedback seriously will only get better, and I really appreciate their attitude.
Thanks again to Jack, Peter and the Edwin Safari team! Would definitely recommend them, especially if you’re planning your first safari in Kenya.

Excellent option for Safaris
We had a great experience with Edwin Safafris in our trip in late July. We visited Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara National Reserve, Lake Naivasha in a 6 day tour. Our party my wife Gaby, my son Jorge and myself had a wonderful experience.
We hired Edwin Safaris, because they had great reviews and a proposal of value for money that was reasonable. In the process of booking the tour, Peter was very helpful and offered me information about the sites that we could visit, hotel options, safari vehicule, information for the visas, wire transfers and other recommendations.
I checked with the tourism board of Kenya and Edwin Safaris appeared as one of the registered agencies. That influenced in a positive way my decisión to book with Edwin Safaris our tour.
The attitude of Peter was very positive and he was open to find solutions to our needs.
The safari was well organised, the hotels were good to very good. We decided to hire with Edwin Safaris a Toyota Landcruiser. The Landcruiser was a MUST, it really offered relaibility, security and allowed us to move in the dirt roads very well. Getting a good vehicule for roads and off roads, was a positive decision.
The distances and traveling time between the different Parks is long. If we had known we would have taken an extra day.
Our driver and guide, Lonick, was excellent, a good driver and in the Parks he managed to find the right spot to get pictures and see the best of the wildlife. He has a great attitude and was good company and respectful.
The 4 parks we visited, where each offered particular things, wildlife, and views. We saw the vast number of species and real life situations with lions, elephants, giraffes, cheetas, leopards, buffalos, wilderbeasts, hienas,etc. It was a visit that I will never forget!
The last day in Nairobi we stayed at the Fairway Nairobi Hotel Vignette Collection, a fantastic hotel!
We had the opportunity to see and feel Kenya, a beautiful country with beautiful people.
I strongly recommend Edwin Safaris. The team and particularily Peter made the difference.
The guide Jack is the best.

Amazing tour with great hospitality

Peter, the coordinator, was the quickest to respond out of a few safari companies we reached out.
He was also very flexible and gave us multiple plans depending on budget, making sure that we are happy with everything including the price.
Very detail oriented and reliable coordinator.
Sam, our tour guide, made sure our time during tour was exciting and yet very comfortable.
He not only is so knowledgeable about the animals that you gain so many interesting insights about safari world but also has amazing hospitality that makes the long road trip much easier.

Once in a lifetime tour with a fantastic company
We had the most wonderful safari with Edwin Safaris. We literally cannot thank you enough for the experience. It was one of the best experiences of our life.
Peter was incredibly patient with us, helping us select hotels and answer any questions we had. He was organised and responded to messages quickly. He made the safari to suit our budget without hampering on the quality. He was so helpful, so friendly and so attentive.
Lonick, our tour guide, was fantastic. He toured us around masai mara, lake nakuru, lake naivasha and amboseli which was a LOT of driving but he still remained so energetic and upbeat. He had so much knowledge about the animals and knew all the best spots to find the animals we wanted to see. We were lucky enough to see so many lions, a leopard and a servil at masai mara - all because of Lonick. He was just the best tour guide we could’ve asked for.
Edwin Safaris were amazing from start to finish. You will not regret booking with them!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely unforgettable safari with Edwin Safaris!
I honestly cannot recommend Edwin Safaris enough. From start to finish, this was an incredible experience and something I will remember for the rest of my life.
A huge thank you to our amazing guide Lonick, who made the safari so special. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and passionate about the wildlife, and you could tell how much he genuinely loves what he does. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience and always made us feel safe and looked after. Thanks to Lonick, we got to see some truly incredible moments, including the Big Five, a lion hunting a zebra and so many other amazing animals. He had an incredible eye for spotting wildlife and always seemed to know exactly where to go!
The Maasai Mara was definitely a highlight, and seeing the animals in their natural environment was something I will never forget. We also visited Amboseli, Lake Naivasha and Lake Nakuru, and every place offered something completely different.
I also want to give a massive thank you to Peter. He was absolutely brilliant and played such an important part in making the whole trip run so smoothly. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive throughout, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. You could tell that he genuinely cared about making sure we had a fantastic experience.
Both Lonick and Peter were fantastic representatives of Edwin Safaris, and they really made the trip what it was.
There were so many unforgettable moments, from seeing cheetahs and lions up close to watching the elephants against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. It was exciting, emotional, sometimes a little scary 😂, but above all completely unforgettable.
If you're thinking about booking a safari in Kenya, I would 100% recommend Edwin Safaris. The organisation, the people, the knowledge and the experiences were all fantastic. If you are lucky enough to have Lonick as your guide, you are in for an amazing trip!

Adventure of a Lifetime
My mum and I booked a 7-day safari in Kenya with Edwin Safaris, with Peter as our contact in the office. We compared several companies, and Edwin Safaris was by far the quickest to respond and offered us the best price. From the very beginning, everything was easy and well organised.
Our safari guide was also called Peter (a different Peter from the one in the office), and honestly, he was the best guide we could have asked for! If you have the possibility, I would highly recommend specifically asking for him. His eyes are incredible, he somehow manages to spot animals that we would never have seen ourselves, even when they were hiding in the grass or far away.
One of the best pieces of advice Peter gave us was to get up early and start our game drives around 6:00 am. And I cannot recommend this enough! If you want to see the Big Five and especially the cats, listen to Peter and get up early, it is absolutely worth it!
We were incredibly lucky and saw all three big cats: lions, leopards and cheetahs, multiple times! And not just from far away. We saw them incredibly close up. In the early morning, the cats are active, hunting and moving around. Once the sun gets higher and the temperatures rise, they become much more relaxed and tend to lie around and sleep. So those early morning game drives really made all the difference.
And of course, we also saw the Big Five! Honestly, when we started the trip, I wasn't sure whether we would be lucky enough to see all of them. I never expected that we would have such incredible encounters with so many animals.
All of the hotels and accommodations throughout the safari were fantastic, and everyone we met was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The whole experience exceeded our expectations.
Thank you so much to both Peters and everyone at Edwin Safaris! This was a trip my mum and I will never forget, and without a doubt, the best safari we could have imagined.
