An exceptional travel agent who combines eco-friendly tourism, incredible organization, outstanding
Our group travelled through Namibia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, and the Seychelles, and The Eco Travel Boutique exceeded every expectation! From start to finish, Esther was impeccable, the itinerary was jam-packed with incredible experiences and unforgettable activities, and the attention to detail was second to none. Communication was absolutely top-notch starting with the panning phase, what’s app conversations the entire trip, ticket confirmations, and all the information we needed thoughtfully sent in advance, often the day before each activity. Every detail was carefully taken care of, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our adventure. For an eco-conscious, professional, and exceptionally attentive travel agent who delivers outstanding value and truly memorable experiences, I couldn’t recommend The Eco Travel Boutique more highly! In the end I actually feel like I underpaid for this unbelievable trip. We will be booking with Eco travel boutique in the future.

Couldn’t have been any more perfect!
Esther planned an absolute exceptional trip for 6 of us through Namibia, Botswana and the Seychelles. She worked closely with me to customize the itinerary to make sure it was exactly the trip we were looking for. Our accommodations, transfers, and activities were selected and planned with the utmost attention to detail. She provided an extremely detailed itinerary on an app that was easy to navigate and included all the information in an easily accessible organized format. She was quick with responses during the planning period and while we were on the trip. She took care of everything while we were on the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. We felt we got extremely good value for our money given the complexity of our itinerary and the calibre of the accommodations and services she arranged. I cannot recommend her enough, it truly was the best experience I’ve ever had with a travel consultant!

Esther is well prepared, knowledgeable and highly responsive - the consummate professional.
Our trip was seamless - every detail was organized/curated to perfection. The boarding package (online) was extremely comprehensive and our lodgings/guides exceeded expectations. I also have confidence that had a problem arisen (which is usually inevitable), Esther and her operators would have navigated/resolved with aplomb. I would recommend Esther and Eco Travel Boutique to any/all my friends and family wanting to experience a first rate African adventure.
